Hydro Pump and Draco Meteor serve as high-power options, with Draco Meteor cleaning through the likes of Raging Bolt, Kyurem, and Meowscarada, while Hydro Pump cleans through threats such as Hatterene and Gholdengo. Furthermore, rain-boosted Hydro Pump now cleanly 2HKOes specially defensive Articuno and Assault Vest Hoopa-U after Stealth Rock. Surf and Dragon Pulse serve as more reliable options, with rain-boosted Surf still being enough to 2HKO specially defensive Corviknight and OHKO Ogerpon-H, while Dragon Pulse cleans up against the likes of Latios and unboosted Dragapult.
