not too sure if SpD is better than phys def but while Greninja (one of the big things Klefki handles) is still in the tier I'm assuming it is.
 
While Magnet Rise is definitely a nice option, Toxic should be slashed with it, as without it Klefki can't beat CM Mega Latias, and is helpless against common switch-ins, such as Rotom-W, Slowbro, and Mega Swampert (which fucks you up even with Magnet Rise).

Foul Play also stops Mega-Scizor and Talonflame (who can still pull off a sweep while para'd) from setting up on you, mention that as well
