What is the bug?
Used knock off on pecharunt with my komala, damage was inflicted from rocky helmet, but rocky helmet was not knocked off.

Not a bug. If a mon that uses knock off doesn't survive the knock off interaction and is ko'ed in the process then no item is knocked off. Here the rocky helmet ko'ed the komala in the middle of the knock off interaction and that is why no item was knocked off.
