I'm not sure about Tyranitar not having any Dark moves... many leads are psychic and having a dark pulse or crunch to quickly ko opposing lead azelfs is very helpful. I think you should replace Thunderbolt with Dark Pulse, seeing as Gyarados doesn't really give you many problems.

I would really make Heatran a +Spe nature, i.e. Naive rather than Mild. This makes revenge killing Shaymin-S a lot easier and also means you don't get outsped by things like Adamant Scarf Heracross and base 130 pokemon. I would go Naive > Hasty because Heatran is really the only thing on your team that can take an Outrage, seeing as Scizor has very little HP investment.

Change Celebi to the spread 252 HP, 220 Def, 36 Spe to ensure you outspeed Jolly Tyranitar and Adamant Breloom / Metagross. Also, definitely Grass Knot > Psychic, otherwise you are basically screaming "Tyranitar come Pursuit me!"

Like panamaxis said before me, I would change Rest and Sleep Talk on Zapdos to Roost + filler. I would consider Toxic to be quite a good move for that last slot to help weaken opposing walls for your sweepers. HP Grass or Roar are also good options. I would also make Zapdos a physically defensive based pokemon over a specially based one. The only real reason people run Calm Zapdos is if they have an overbearing weakness to Shaymin-S, but your team deals with it quite well. Also, between your other pokemon you should be able to take most special hits very well. Therefore I recommend changing your Zapdos' EV spread to Bold w/ 252 HP, 220 Def, 36 Spe.

You don't need 68 SpA EVs on your Vaporeon. Those were needed to OHKO Garchomp. Now you need only run 24 SpA EVs to OHKO 120HP Salamence. I would put the remaining 44 EVs into HP.

Good luck with your team.

LR.

Bold 252 HP / 216 Def / 20 SpA / 12 SpD / 8 Spe
This might be a better Vaporeon EV Spread than your other one. The SpA EVs allow it to OHKO 120 HP Salamence, and the Spe EVs allow it to outspeed Scizor who run 0 or 4 speed EVs. If you don't care about those, then make the spread Bold 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 SpD.

Grass Knot on Celebi allows you to have insurance against Gyarados and is an overall better STAB move for you.

As LR Said, Naive Heatran would be better than what you're currently using and possibly Dragon Pulse> HP Ice so that you can kill Kingdra who can otherwise rape most of your team.

I'd recommend Zapdos to have Roost + HP Grass since Swamperts will usually switch into Zapdos who can kill it nicely and open up a Heatran sweep. Substitute is also recommended if you'd like to dodge Status or PP stall.
