-L'équipe de choc !- [Offensive OU Team]

Please, consider that my older RMT is now inactive (4th page)

Well, I read some nice messages about my last team (thanks to Haunter) and I read this one :
I would, however, like to say that your team concept is a little... outdated. The whole sweeper/wall thing is a bit old. Things in the current metagame are a bit more mixed, as in bulky sweepers/tanks. That could also be a problem. Overall I think that your team is pretty good.
I thought about it a long time, and it's right : This kind of team doesn't work anymore, so I had to do something better, so here is my new team :

Some rules :
-Individual threats are all dangerous for the pokemon except for Swampert, but I added some colors.
-Don't flame my team plz, help is so much better
-Don't blame my english
-My colors are cool

Swampert
-----------------------------
Nature : Relaxed / Ability : Torrent / Item : Leftovers
EV Spread : 236 Hp / 216 Def /56 Sp.Atk
Moveset :
-Stealth rock
-Ice beam
-Earthquake
-Roar

Comments : Nice bulky starter, it can set up Stealth rock, take out some OU Starters like Metagross (if it don't explode) or Heatran, I must keep it alive, it's a very important member of the team. During the match, Ice beam can kill bulky Ground, Rock, Dragon, Fly pokemons on the special side or you can kill Rock, Poison, Steel,... pokemons with a STAB Earthquake, with its natural bulkiness, Swampert is my favorite pokemon to revenge kill a DD Salamence.

Synergy :
Swampert is ground type, which means it can absorb any electrik attack, it can also kill the dragons and bulky ground sweepers that can annoy the rest of my team, it's also a great phazer, it can force a pokemon with something like 3 CM to switch out. Its double weakness means I can switch to Heatran for free, because it resist Grass type.

Individual threats :
-Metagross : 2 OHKOed by Earthquake, but still dangerous with Explosion, which OHKO Swampert
-Heatran : OHKOed by Earthquake, no problem here
-Azelf : Really annoying for me, immunity to ground type and Taunt (some Azelf take it) can really cripple Swampert and Explosion means I cant KO it before it use Explosion
-Roserade : Most annoying starter, but there are not many in the OU Metagame, Leaf Storm OHKO Swampert and Sleep powder means I will not have time to set up Stealth rock : Ive to switch
-Yanmega : Annoying starter because it puts my pokemons to sleep before I can use Stealth rock, Ive to switch on Rotom to kill it (after it use Hypnosis on Swampert)
-Ambipom : Not so annyoning, Swampert is enough bulky to take Fake out + Double hit from Ambipom and set up Stealth rock
-Infernape : No problem here, Fake out isn't annoying and it can't OHKO me
-Mamoswine : No problem here too, I can handle it and set up my Stealth rock
-Bronzong : Pretty annoying but I can switch and kill it with Heatran if it puts me to sleep before I set up Stealth rock
-Gliscor : Annoying. It taunts me before I can set up Stealth rock but I kill it with Ice beam

Scizor
---------------------------
Nature : Adamant / Ability : Technician / Item : Choice band
EV Spread : 252 Atk / 238 Hp / 18 Spe
Moveset :
-Bullet punch
-U-Turn
-Superpower
-Pursuit

Comments : Standard Choice band set, Bullet punch is the priority move of my team, I can use it to revenge kill, to do hard damage to any rock type pokemon or to finish an annoying pokemon, with STAB + Technician, Bullet punch is really amazing. U-Turn is my second STAB move, I can use it to scout my opponent and get a free switch-in, as it, I can set up one of my multiple sweepers. Superpower is used to annoy the enemy when he is switching, it deals hard damage. Pursuit to kill Ghost pokemons before they flee.

Synergy : Scizor has a perfect synergy with Heatran because of the x4 weakness to fire, it's also the only priority move of my team, so I've to keep it alive, it's also the best Ghost killer in my team so it can cleat the way for rotom.

Individual threats :
-Heatran : I've no chance against Heatran, even if it's not the Revenge kill set, I'm too slow, I've to switch to my own Heatran.
-Magnezone : I'm dead.
-Moltres : I've to switch out to Heatran, Rotom or Swampert
-Gengar : I have to be careful, if it's not the CS set and it has HP Fire, I'm dead.
-Gyarados : I've to switch out, which means free DD
-Salamence : I've to switch out, which means free DD
-Infernape : Can't do any damage to him, which means I've to switch

salamence.jpg

Salamence
---------------------------------
Nature : Naughty / Ability : Intimidate / Item : Life orb or Lum berry
EV Spread : 252 Atk / 220 Spe / 36 Sp.Atk
Moveset :
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast

Comments : Physical Mence. I love the DD set because you can sweep the whole team of your opponent with only a Salamence, I sometimes run Life orb, to do more damage, and sometimes Lum berry, to recorvery from Outrage and to avoid Paralysis, Burn, Poison,... Outrage is the powerful STAB move, Earthquake can kill some Steel types, bulky pokemons,... when Fire Blast is here to kill some physical steel walls like Bronzong or Skarmory.

Synergy : Immunity to ground type, which means free switch in from Heatran and free DD, Scizor also have a ground weakness, which is pretty useful sometimes, this guy is the main sweeper of the team.

Individual threats :
-Mamoswine : As a revenge killer, impossible to kill him with Ice shards, I've to switch out.
-Jolteon : Can still outspeed me after a single DD, which is pretty annoying, I will have to switch out, I've no chance.
-Donphan : 2 Ice shards will KO me, so I only have one try to kill, and I can't do it, so it's better to switch out to Rotom or something else.
-Gengar : Don't know what set it can run, if it's the Timid set with Choice scarf, I will be OHKOed, even after a DD so I must watch it carefully to know what set Gengar runs.
-Porygon 2 : No chance, I prefer to switch out
-Skarmory : I can KO it with 2 (maybe 1) Fire Blast, if it do Whirlwind, I will have some troubles.
-Magnezone : If it's scarfer and I don't have a DD, I'm dead, if I have one, no problem.
-Jirachi : Can handle Salamence with ease and kill it, if I'm stuck on Outrage, it's pretty annoying.
-Bronzong : Fire Blast if I'm not stuck on Outrage.

Heatran
-----------------------------
Nature : Naive / Ability : Flash fire / Item : Choice scarf
EV Spread : 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Hp
Moveset :
-Fire Blast
-Earth power
-Hidden power (Ice)
-Explosion

Comments : Standard Revenge killer set, no surprise here, Fire Blast to revenge kill Scizor, Steel types,... and for the STAB move, Earth power to kill other Heatran, rock types, poison types or anything that resist to fire and Ice Hidden Power to kill Dragons and Bulky flying types like Gliscor, Explosion to...explode and do big damage.

Synergy : The revenge killer I need, it can kill anything that can annoy Salamence, revenge kill an annoying pokemon and get a Flash fire boost from Scizor or a Will O Wisp, it can handle the dragon pokemons with Swampert.

Individual threats :
-Heatran : Speed tie, sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, and ofc, if I'm stuck on Fire Blast, I will switch
-Vaporeon : No chance, I've to switch
-Milotic : Same as Vaporeon
-Suicune : Same as above
-Blissey : Same
-Azumarill : if it survives to Fire Blast, I will die from Aqua jet
-Empoleon : Same as Azumarill

Starmie
--------------------------
Nature : Timid / Ability : Natural cure / Item : Life orb
EV Spread : 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Hp
Moveset :
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Rapid spin
-Recover

Comments : Not the standard spinner set, I chose this set over the standard set because I need more power to sweep, I need max Sp.Atk and max Speed, I took Surf for the STAB and great coverage, Thunderbolt to have more coverage and handle Water walls like Vaporeon, Rapid spin to avoid residual damage that can ruin my team because I'm switching a lot and Recover to... recover.

Synergy : The water power and thunder power I needed, with those moves, I can handle Infernape, not HP Elec/Grass Heatran, Rhyperior, Gyarados,... Rapid spin helps Salamence and other members of my team to take less residual damage.

Individual threats :
-Electivire : Is a bitch. It steel my thunder power to kill me, I can't do anything with Starmie if it has a Motor drive boost, I've to switch.
-Vaporeon : With Sp.Def EVs and Wish + Protect, I can't kill it, with Toxic, it can outstall me to hell.
-Suicune : If I can't kill it fast, it will set up enough Calm mind to rape my team.
-Jolteon : Revenge kill me with no problem, and can switch on me too.
-Gengar : Is faster and kill me with Shadowball, no chance.
-Rotom : Too bulky, impossible to kill it, I prefer to switch.
-Dusknoir : Same
-Blissey : Switch
-Snorlax : Will set up a Curse on me, which is annoying.
...

rotomheat.png

Rotom
------------------------------
Nature : Bold / Ability : Levitate / Item : Leftovers
EV Spread : 252 Hp / 168 Def / 88 Spe
Moveset :
-Will o wisp
-Discharge
-Shadow Ball
-Overheat

Comments : I love this guy. 3 immunities, cool resistances, really bulky, good moveset, a perfect offensive wall, Will o wisp allow me to cripple opponent's sweepers, when Discharge can paralyse them, Shadow ball helps to kill ghost types and Overheat to kill Lucario, Scizor,...

Synergy : The wall, I can switch in with this guy for free because of the 3 immunities, cripple sweepers, and put my own sweepers in game, it can handle some annoying pokemons.

Individual threats :
-Gengar : It will hit me hard, but I can survive and kill it.
-Tyranitar : Ouch. I prefer to switch out it it has CB, with Pursuit, I will take big damage
-Dusknoir : Stupid battle, I've no chance of winning.
-Weavile : I can kill it with Overheat
-Blissey : No chance.
-Heatran : Will win the battle
...

Plz comment and rate to help me !

I will add the threats later

I don't know if you really need a rate for this team. If you had SD Lucario over Starmie it would be one of the most standard OU teams possible, and everyone knows standardized teams work. The team, therefore, is solid enough and you'll probably win most of your battles simply by using these strong pokemon.

Now :

================
Threats
===============
Offensive threats :

-Aerodactyl : OHKOed or 2 OHKOed by Swampert or Rotom, no problem here.
Breloom : Annoying but, I can kill it with Rotom or Swampert if it doesn't have Seed bomb.
-Alakazam : I think Rotom can survive and kill it, or Heatran will revenge kill it.
-Gengar : Rotom can take a hit and kill it, Scizor with pursuit or Heatran revenge kill it
-Azelf : Pretty annoying but I can kill it with Swampert and switch to avoid explosion.
-Gyarados : Rotom destroy it, or Starmie will.
-Infernape : Starmie is faster than it, so, no problem here.
-Electivire : Annoying if it gets a motor drive boost, but I can still kill it with Rotom or Swampert/Salamence (depend of the HP).
-Heatran : My own Heatran if it's locked on Fire Blast, Salamence with a DD outspeed it, Starmie or Swampert
-Metagross : If starter : I set up stealth rock, use earthquake on it, and if he doesn't switch, I switch to Rotom to avoid the possible explosion.
-Heracross : Rotom has no problem to resist and kill it.
-Zapdos : Swampert if it doesn't have HP Grass, Heatran on Heat wave or Rotom (but it's hard)
-Snorlax : Really annoying, I can roar it with Swampert or use Superpower with Scizor.
-Lucario : Rotom kill it with no problem, without Crunch, with a SD up, it will be painful, Heatran can revenge kill it.
-Scizor : Rotom kill it with no problem, or Heatran can revenge kill it.
-Yannmega : Annoying but I will wait for Hypnosis on Swampert with SR or Ice beam and switch out to Rotom and kill it.
-Ninjask : No problem with Roar and SR.
-Starmie : Thunderbolt from my Starmie or Discharge from my Rotom
-Salamence : Swampert or Heatran if it's lock on Outrage / doesn't have a DD
-Swampert : Don't like it but, residual damage + will o wisp + attacks should kill him
-Tyranitar : Scizor, Swamper, Starmie or Heatran can do big damage to it.
-Latias : Annoying but HP Ice from Heatran and Ice beam from Swampert should kill it, or Salamence with a DD.
-Suicune : One of the bigger threat of my team, the best thing I can do is attacking with Discharge/Thunderbolt and switch to Swampert when it's sleeping
-Machamp : Rotom kill it, even with payback.
-Magnezone : Heatran is faster, or Rotom kill it, Scizor with superpower with good predicting.
-Jolteon : Swampert if it doesn't have HP Grass, Salamence if it doesn't have HP Ice, if it's scarfed, I just wait to see the move he used and switch to something resisting it.
-Jirachi : Heatran if it's not Scarfer, Rotom can kill it too.
-Porygonz : Heatran if it's not Scarfed, Rotom if it's not.
-Rhyperior : Starmie or Swampert.
-Togekiss : Annoying but Rotom should be able to kill it.
-Weavile : Heatran.

Defensive threats :

-Vaporeon : Starmie and Rotom can kill it with no problem
-Bronzong : Heatran revenge kill it or Rotom with Overheat
-Blissey : Scizor with Superpower or Salamence with Outrage
-Cresselia : Rotom can kill it with Shadow ball if it's not a Calm minder, it it is, I will have to use Roar with Swampert
-Donphan : Starmie kill it with no problems
-Gliscor : Swampert and Starmie kill with no problems
-Celebi : Scizor can U-Turn or Pursuit it, Heatran can revenge kill it, Rotom can use Shadow ball or Overheat...
-Foretress : Hetran and Rotom will both kill it
-Skarmory : Same as Foretress
-Tentacruel : Eartquake from Salamence is enough
-Zapdos : Roar + SR + damage is the best way to kill this thing

Your team is pretty good except for you don't really have a true wall breaker on your team. A good stall team can probably wall your team unless you predict perfectly. I would suggest changing Salamence into a Mix set. The DD set doesn't really seem to be helping your team out that much and the mix set will help out your team more especially with creating giants holes in the defense.
