[OVERVIEW]
  • Competition from other Fire-types, such as Ninetales and Simisear
  • Ghost typing allows it to spinblock, and Flash Fire allows it to switch in to a Fire-type attack
  • Has a niche as a Trick Room attacker
  • Nice movepool with Shadow Ball, Fire Blast, Energy Ball and Memento
  • Trick Room is very niche
  • Weak to Knock Off and Stealth Rock and is worn down easily, and has no means of reliable recovery

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
  • Trick Room allows Lampent to outspeed its threats
  • Shadow Ball hits Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Grumpig, Misdreavus and Gourgeist-XL
  • Fire Blast Grass-, and Steel-types such as Tangela, Leafeon, and Pawniard super effectively
  • Energy Ball covers Water-, Rock- and Ground-types, such as Carracosta, Barbaracle and Golem
  • Memento gives way for other Pokemon to sweep
Set Details
========
  • An EV spread of 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpA, a Quiet Nature and 0 IVs in Speed allows Lampent to hit allows it to hit as hard as possible and outspeed as much as possible during Trick Room, and take minimum damage from Stealth Rock
  • Flash Fire allows it to switch into predicted Fire-type attacks
  • Life Orb boosts Lampent's moves and allows it to hit harder
  • Eviolite could be an alternative to give Lampent extra bulk
Usage Tips
========
  • Lampent should be sent in as a late-game cleaer
  • Focus on setting up Trick Room
  • Predict a Fire-type, such as Ninetales, that switches in to take a Fire Blast and use Shadow Ball
  • Watch out for common priority moves, such as Sucker Punch, Shadow Sneak, and Aqua Jet
  • Watch out for Pokemon with coverage moves, such as Leafeon and Simisage, both of which have Knock Off
  • Don't switch it in strong attacks if it doesn't carry Eviolite, as it is easily worn down with the combination of Stealth Rock damage and Life Orb recoil
Team Options
========
  • Other Trick Room setters, such as Beheeyem and Carbink
  • Slow wallbreakers that benefit from Trick Room, such as Marowak and Ursaring
  • Slow setup sweepers, such as Duosion and Clefairy, to take advantage of Trick Room
  • Rapid Spinners such as Armaldo, and Defog support from Pokemon such as Togetic and Pelipper
  • Stealth Rock support from Piloswine, Torterra
  • Fighting-types, such as Machoke, to deal with Dark-types that trouble it, such as Pawniard and Mightyena.
  • Grass-types, such as Tangela, to deal with bulky Water-types, while Lampent takes Fire-type attacks
  • Water-types, such as Poliwrath to take care of opposing Fire-types, such as Ninetales and Rapidash

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
  • Calm Mind
  • Taunt but too slow
  • Hex + Will-O-Wisp
  • Clear Smog
  • Substitute + Pain Split
Checks and Counters
===================

**Residual Damage**: Lampent's weakness to Stealth Rock in conjunction with Life Orb recoil wear it down fairly quickly.

**Specially Defensive Pokemon**: Specially defensive Pokemon, such as Togetic and Lickilicky, can take hits from Lampent and can stall Life Orb recoil. The former has Roost and the latter has Wish.

**Priority**: Lampent's typing makes it susceptible to priority attacks, such as Basculin's Aqua Jet, Dusknoir's Shadow Sneak and Mightyena's Sucker Punch.

**Faster Pokemon outside of Trick Room**: Outside of Trick Room, faster threats, such as Floatzel and Simipour, can easily outspeed Lampent and can KO with their Water-type STAB moves.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types, such as Ninetales and Rapidash, are immune to Fire Blast thanks to Flash Fire and resist Energy Ball. The former has Dark Pulse to take care of Lampent and the latter has Drill Run.

**Water-types**: Bulky Water-types, such as Specially Defensive Pelipper and Special Tank Poliwrath, are able to KO Lampent with Scald after Stealth Rock damage, although Poliwrath can't switch in easily as it is 2HKO'd by Energy Ball.

**Taunt Users**: Taunt users, such as Misdreavus, prevent Lampent from setting up Trick Room and make it easier to KO. This also ruins Lampent's strategy, as it relies on setting up Trick Room for the team.

Small thing from my phone, but explain why its unique typing is good in the overview (cool resistances and spinblock)

[SET]
-slash eviolite as it makes it easier to set up

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
-mention that trick room supports teams

Set Details
========
-mention that 248 hp is used instead of 252 so it can switch into rocks 4 times

Usage Tips
========
-mention that it shouldnt be switched into stronger attacks unless its carrying eviolite

Team Options
========
-mention other TR setters
-mention sweepers that benefit from lampent's wallbreaking
-mention defog support along with rapid spin

Checks and Counters
===================
-mention water-types ; even though energy ball hits them, they can take fire blast and shadow ball
-mention fire-types ; ninetales and rapidash take little damage from all of lampent's moves and can retaliate w/ dark pulse or drill run
-mention taunt (stops use of TR)

So the QC team does not actually think this is the best set for Lampent, and some believe that a SubCM set is the only viable set. Have you really tested this Pokemon significantly? Even without accounting for the set, I see problems in the Overview, Usage Tips, and Set Details that make me think you are just listing general facts more than actual experience with Lampent. Your team options are also very cluttered, and focuses too much on full TR, which is not a great type of team, and Lampent is hardly what you would use for such a team. Please improve the quality of this analysis, or I will have to reassign.
