Landorus is one of the most powerful special wallbreakers in Monotype due to Sheer Force and Life Orb. It has access to great coverage options and is featured on nearly every Ground team. Earth Power is an overwhelmingly powerful move, allowing Landorus to blast past Pokemon that Ground typically has problems with, such as Mega Venusaur. Focus Blast and Sludge Wave enable Landorus to threaten non-grounded Steel-types and Fairy-types, respectively. However, the key feature of this set is Gravity, an amazing support move for any Ground team. Gravity causes all Ground-type immunities to be negated, which allows Landorus to break past every Pokemon with its powerful Earth Power. Gravity also increases the accuracy of all moves by 67%, giving Focus Blast perfect accuracy. Dugtrio is a good teammate, as it can take advantage of Gravity by being able to trap Pokemon it normally wouldn't be able to, such as Celesteela. Other teammates, like Choice Band Sand Rush Excadrill, also enjoy Gravity because it allows them to freely power through opposing teams with Earthquake.

Earth Power is an overwhelmingly powerful move, allowing Landorus to blast past Pokemon that Ground teams typically has have problems with, such as Mega Venusaur. Focus Blast and Sludge Wave enable Landorus to readily threaten both airborn non-grounded Steel-types and Fairy-types, respectively. However, the key feature of this set is Gravity, an amazing support move for any Ground team. Gravity forces all Flying-types and Levitate users down to the ground causes all Ground-type immunities to be negated, which removing their immunity to Ground. This allows Landorus to then break past them every Pokemon with its powerful Earth Power. On top of this, it Gravity also increases the accuracy of all moves by 1 stage 67%, giving Focus Blast perfect accuracy. Teammates such as Dugtrio (this change means that the entire sentence is accurate) take advantage of Gravity is a good teammate, as it can take advantage of Gravity by being able to trap Pokemon it normally wouldn't be able to with its ability, such as Celesteela. Other teammates, like Choice Band Sand Rush Excadrill, also enjoy Gravity because it allows them are able to freely power through opposing teams with Earthquake.
