[OVERVIEW]

With its incredible typing, Intimidate, outstanding power and decent Speed, and access to numerous utility moves, Landorus-T becomes one of OU's premier pivots that can check a wide variety of threats such as Kingambit, Ceruledge, and Raging Bolt, while still capable of being offensively threatening. Its Speed tier lets it outspeed crucial targets like Pecharunt and Great Tusk and it also provides crucial role compression as a Stealth Rock setter. It can either focus into its bulk compounded by Rocky Helmet to make the most of its defensive profile against the Pokemon it's supposed to check or it may opt to lean on its offensive capabilities instead, letting it pressure physical walls such as Clefable, while having a stronger Stone Edge to hit Earthquake immune targets such as Zapdos, Moltres, and Tornadus-T. Landorus-T may also be used as the team's speed control by running a Choice Scarf to outspeed otherwise faster foes in Dragapult, Ogerpon-W, and Choice Scarf Gholdengo. Offensive Pokemon such as Kyurem, Ogerpon-W, and Walking Wake exploit Landorus-T's weaknesses and common special attackers like Dragapult and Iron Valiant take advantage of its middling special bulk, and all of which even outspeed it when not running Choice Scarf, while common physical walls such as Corviknight, Alomomola, and Gliscor prevent offensive sets from making considerable progress. Pokemon such as Great Tusk and Zamazenta may run Ice coverage to nail Landorus-T. Moreover, Landorus-T's lack of reliable recovery means that physical attackers that is tasked with checking can quickly chip it down, especially against offensive teams that stack multiple of them together.

Other Options
=============

Rock Tomb may be considered on defensive sets to slow down foes such as Tornadus-T, Dragonite, and Zamazenta for its teammates to more easily handle them. Smack Down is another option, as it allows Landorus-T to pressure Corviknight and Skarmory. Tera Fairy grants Landorus-T with a resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch while keeping its resistance to Zamazenta's Body Press and Close Combat, and providing it with an immunity to some of the tier's strongest attacks in Kyurem and Dragapult's Draco Meteor as well as granting it a neutral typing into most physical attackers like Ogerpon-W and Ice Spinner Great Tusk. Leftovers provides Landorus-T with some of the longevity it lacks. Furthermore, Landorus-T may be run with Defense or even Special Defense investment at the cost of some Speed EVs, making it sturdier against the likes of Rillaboom, Kingambit, Iron Moth, and Raging Bolt; in such cases, 128 Speed EVs with a Bold nature allow Landorus-T to outspeed Modest Raging Bolt, while 4 Speed EVs let it get the jump on Kingambit. However, running less Speed EVs means it has a harder time against foes like Gholdengo, Pecharunt, and Ice Spinner Great Tusk, which it can otherwise force out first. Sandsear Storm and Psychic may be considered on defensive sets, with the former potentially crippling physical attackers such as Ogerpon-W, Zamazenta and Great Tusk with a burn, while the latter targets Zamazenta, Great Tusk, and Hawlucha. Choice Band may be considered to make the most out of Landorus-T's sky high Attack, letting it 2HKO Great Tusk and the likes of Alomomola and Ting-Lu after some chip with Earthquake, and Tornadus-T and Kyurem with Stone Edge. Similarly, Swords Dance may be used to pressure walls looking to sit on Landorus-T such as Alomomola, non-Iron Defense Corviknight, Clefable, and Tera Fairy and Water Garganacl.

[OVERVIEW]

With its Ground and Electric immunities, (what relevance or something specific does this have for its niche? esp cause atm it doesnt really connect to anything you talk about) Intimidate to check physical attackers such as Kingambit and Ceruledge, outstanding power and decent Speed, and access to U-turn to bring teammates in safely, (can prob replace just uturn to something like 'numerous utility moves' to cover rocks too?) Landorus-T becomes one of OU's premier pivots that can check a wide variety of threats like XXXX while still capable of being offensively threatening. (something like this flows better but feel free to reword.) With maximum Speed investment allowing it to Its Speed tier lets it outspeed the likes of crucial targets like Pecharunt and Great Tusk, and maximum HP compounded by Rocky Helmet to further punish the likes of Scizor and Cinderace, and focusing into its bulk compounded by Rocky Helmet makes the most of its defensive profile against the Pokemon it's supposed to check (the previous sentence feels too focused on helmet when it's an added bonus of what makes landot great; i personally think it's better left out from the overview completely and to just be talked about on the set writeup themselves but helmet is still decently important that i'm fine with this compromise) Landorus-T becomes an effective utility Pokemon able to further aid its team with Stealth Rock and Taunt. (prob better to adjust this sentence cause the speed, rocks, and taunt can technically also apply to the offensive landot section later, not exclusive to just defensive sets. i think just focusing on defensive landot's role compression and being a glue mon for more offensive teams is better imo) Landorus-T may opt to lean on its offensive capabilities instead run maximum Attack instead of HP, letting it grab OHKOs against the likes of Raging Bolt and Galarian Slowking, (you threaten them with eq regardless even if you're not invested, not really the selling point of running offensive landot. i think focusing on actually threatening walls that can otherwise check you is better, like being able to run stronger stone edges for the birds and pressuring neutral walls like hatt more easily, which you talk about later on anyways) further boost Earthquake with Soft Sand (not guaranteed on the set, & it's better to be explained on the set writeup as opposed to overview) to pressure physical walls such as Clefable, while having a stronger Stone Edge coverage allows it to hit Earthquake immune targets such as Zapdos, Moltres, and Enamorus. (not the most defensively-sound mon, i think dnite or tornt is a better mention) Landorus-T may also be used as the team's speed control by running a run with Choice Scarf which allows it to outspeed otherwise faster foes in Dragapult, Ogerpon-W, and Zamazenta (can add a scarfer like dengo as well since it's even faster than your current list) pressuring the latter two with Tera Blast Flying, or potentially running Tera Blast Ice to threaten Dragapult, Gliscor, and Dragonite. (again, better explained on the set writeup themselves) Offensive Pokemon such as Kyurem, Ogerpon-W, and Walking Wake threaten Landorus-T and outspeed it when not running Choice Scarf, while physical walls such as Dondozo, (corv prob better since it's more relevant, common, & splashable) Alomomola, and Gliscor completely shut it down. (taunt still messes with them, i'd rather be specific and say it stops offensive sets from breaking easily, and also cause defensive sets arent meant to break so being walled by the defensive mons is pretty par for the course) Pokemon such as Darkrai (you're never checking a special attacker anyways, better mention would prob be tusk or dnite) and Zamazenta may run Ice coverage to nail Landorus-T, while Landorus-T's lack of reliable recovery means that physical attackers that is tasked with checking can quickly chip it down. (not wrong but i think dedicating this point onto a separate sentence is better since it's a very big limitting factor of the mon)

Rock Tomb may be considered on Landorus-T as an alternative to Stone Edge to slow down foes such as Tornadus-T and Dragonite. (any other utility you get from rock tomb? slowing down offensive mons in general like zama is also worth noting imo) Smack Down is another option, as it allows Landorus-T to pressure Corviknight, Skarmory, and Zapdos. (stone edge already pressures zapdos enough, esp cause if the zap is offensive then edge is preferred cause you might not want to risk staying in to click EQ after you smack down on the switch. prob just focus on the metal birds or reword this part a bit if you still want to include the zapdos mention) Tera Fairy grants Landorus-T with a resistance to Kingambit's Sucker Punch while keeping its resistance to Zamazenta's Body Press and Close Combat, (mention the neutral typing into most physical attackers like ice tusk and waterpon as well) and providing it with an immunity to some of the tier's strongest attacks in Kyurem and Dragapult's Draco Meteor. (mention the downsides of losing out on speed; what mons can have an easier time against you now if you're slower?) Choice Band may be considered to make the most out of Landorus-T's sky high Attack, letting it OHKO the likes of Garganacl and Galarian Weezing with Earthquake, (chances are they dont want to take an eq in the first place anyways. i think talking about being able to 2hko great tusk & even fatter mons like mola & tinglu after minor chip is more relevant) and Tornadus-T and Kyurem with Stone Edge.

some other stuff to consider:
- sandsear storm
- psychic
- rock coverage on defensive sets [even on EP variants]
- SD

A huge portion of the overview just feels like reading the set writeup themselves (explaining item selection, ev allocation/spread, coverage choice) when it should be used to explain the pokemon's niche/role and why the pokemon itself or the sets it runs are great in the metagame in the first place. I've helped reword some parts a bit but feel free to reword stuff around again to accomodate this. Would like to take a look at this again before stamping.

Applied. Psychic is already a mention on the dex set so left it out.

Did the above thank you. Included Psychic and we can remember to remove it from the dex set at some point. I removed "at the cost of being slower than the likes of Great Tusk and Hisuian Samurott" since you expanded on the speed part a sentence below. I feel like the sentence "as well as granting it a neutral typing into most physical attackers like Ogerpon-W and Ice Spinner Great Tusk." is a bit too much since the Tera Fairy explanation is already quite long, and this is not really the selling point of the Tera. Left it in for now though.
