Landorus-Therian @ Salac Berry / Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Landorus-T is able to make use of its tremendously high Attack stat, EdgeQuake coverage, and Swords Dance to serve as a powerful sweeper in OU, easily wallbreaking threats like Zapdos, Mandibuzz, Magearna, and Clefable and cleaning late-game. Whereas Salac Berry helps Landorus-T outspeed Pokemon like Spectrier and Tornadus-T, which can otherwise revenge kill it, and makes it a great fit on hyper offense teams, Leftovers on slower-paced teams gives Landorus-T better longevity. Landorus-T also employs Substitute to avoid status moves from Pokemon like opposing Landorus-T and Hippowdon, scout switches from foes it forces out like Heatran and Nidoking, and reliably activate Salac Berry. Dual screens users like Regieleki and Tapu Koko work well alongside Landorus-T to provide it both an easier way of setting up and getting in. Other offensive sweepers like Hawlucha and Kartana appreciate Landorus-T's ability to force damage on Flying-types like Zapdos and Mandibuzz, which would otherwise inhibit their sweeping potential.

Landorus-T is able to make use of its tremendously high Attack stat and access to Swords Dance to serve as a powerful sweeper in the OU metagame. Substitute allows Landorus-T to avoid status moves from Pokemon like opposing Landorus-T and Hippowdon while also giving it the option to scout switches from Pokemon it normally forces out like Heatran and Nidoking. Swords Dance is Landorus-T's preferred boosting move for breaking past weakened teams. Earthquake is Landorus-T's STAB of choice to hit common Pokemon like Toxapex, Magearna, and Clefable. Stone Edge pairs well with Earthquake, acting as additional coverage to hit Flying- type Pokemon like Zapdos and Mandibuzz which Earthquake would otherwise prove useless against. Screen users like Regieleki and Tapu Koko work well alongside Landorus-T to provide it both an easier way of setting up and getting in. Other offensive sweepers like Hawlucha Hawlucha does like Landorus-T's help if ur able to Stone Edge against Zapdos. Garchomp Garchomp dosent need Landorus-T's help to beat flying types, as its able to live any hit from Zapdos whilst being able to 2HKO with Stone Edge. and Kartana appreciate Landorus-T's ability to force damage on Flying- types like Zapdos and Mandibuzz which would otherwise inhibit their sweeping potential. Salac Berry was never mentioned on why it's good with Lando-T which needs to be added
Let me know when it's done

Landorus-T is able to make use of its tremendously high Attack stat and access to Swords Dance to serve as a powerful sweeper in the OU metagame. Salac Berry on Landorus-T is an option that fits well on HOhyper offense teams to potentially outspeed Pokemon like Spectrier and Urshifu-S which can otherwise revenge kill it. Alternatively, Leftovers is can alternativbe the item of choice towhich fits well on slower teams where games are not so quickly won out to give Landorus-T better sustain. Substitute allows Landorus-T to avoid status moves from Pokemon like opposing Landorus-T and Hippowdon, the option to scout switches from Pokemon it normally forces out like Heatran and Nidoking, and a reliable way to bring Landorus-T into a health range where Salac Berry is able to activate. Swords Dance is Landorus-T's preferred boosting move for breaking past weakened teams. Earthquake is Landorus-T's STAB of choice to hit common Pokemon like Toxapex, Magearna, and Clefable. I tried to make this read more like a spotlight rather than an analysis, but I might've accidentally altered meaning somewhere. OU QC can lmk if I did
