Metagross @ Occa Berry
Nature: Adamant
Evs: HP 252 Atk 236 Spd 16
~ Stealth Rock
~ Bullet Punch
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion

This is my most favorite lead in the entire game and to me is the best lead i get up Stealth Rocks 95% of the time Occa Berry to prevent fire attacks from OHKOing. This is faster then ost of the other Gross Leads i face. Earthquake for opposeing Metagross. I kill suicide leads with Bullet Punch. then when i am done i just Explode this gut can net 1-2 KO's on his own.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 248 HP 252 Atk 8 Spd
~ Bullet Punch
~ U-Turn
~ Pursuit
~ Superpower

I use to run SD Scizor but i now am going to use the CB varient due to a high increase of Starmie and Tyranitar. a Pursuit can OHKO Celibi after SR with Pursuit i can also scout out my opponents moves with U-Turn. This can also help Gyrados due to it being stopped by Starmie and Pursuit for the OHKO. Also a great wall breaker killing Blissy with superpower and doing lots of damage to Cressilia with U-Turn and Pursuit.

Latias @ Choice Scarf
Nature: modest
Evs 252 SPATK 252 Spd 6 HP
~ Draco Meteor
~ Ice Beam
~ ThunderBolt
~ Trick

This pokemon has worked out so well for me and just has all around great coverage. Ice bem takes care of dragons and dose alot to Zapdos ThunderBolt takes Out Gyrados and other balky water types and finally Trick to break down walls like Blissy and Skarmory.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Nature: Naive
Evs: 252 SPATK 252 Spd 6 HP
~ Earth Power
~ Fire Blast
~ Substitute
~ Explosion

This works so well with Scizor he almost always gets in a Sub and gets Flash Fire and uses Scizor as Bait to get that. I have Naive Nature here to greatly improve the power of Explosion. Earth Power is for other Heatran. Fire Blast for steels and when i am all done i use Explosion.

Lanturn @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Evs: 40 HP 136 SPATK 252 SPDEF 80 Spe
~ ThunderBolt
~ Ice Beam
~ Surf
~ Thunder Wave

Alright not alot of people expect this poke but it works wonders with Gyrados due to Volt abosrb and its only weakness is EQ and Gyrados takes nothing from that so they both cover each others weakness. Not only that but this poke is a great wall and has great type coverage also antyhing that isn't a ground attack he is x1 or less weak to.

Gyrados @ Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 Spd 252 Atk 6 HP
~ Dragon Dance
~ Earthquake
~ Waterfall
~ Taunt

Last but not least Gyrados this alone has won me games i bring this in mid game this thing is a beast in general and Taunt wrecks things like Fortress Skarmory and others people don't expect Taunt on G-Dos and i don't know why just today i was playing a guy with a skarm and i taunted him and he would have stopped my sweep witn Whirlwind if i didn't have Taunt so Taunt Stays.

You might want to consider a bulkier set for Gyarados since you're using Taunt as it will really help Gyara stay around longer, and also consider Stone Edge over Earthquake as it provides better coverage and means Salamence and co. cant wall you. I'm a little bit worried about the three ground weaknesses since Earthquake is the most common move, and often coupled with Stone Edge meaning Gyarados and Latias wont have such an easy time, so you may want to consider replacing one of the ground weak pokes.

Item-Itis!

Heatran @ Leftovers
Nature: Naive
Evs: 252 SPATK 252 Spd 6 HP
~ Earth Power
~ Fire Blast
~ Substitute
~ Explosion

You can use Life Orb here to improve power of Explosion instead of just not hindering it with Naiive nature. It is going to deal a boatload of damage to Blissey, the most common switchin to Heatran this side of Gyarados, and Life Orb Earth Power 2HKOs most Tentacruel by my experience (assuming Life Orb and 252 SpA EVs)

Lanturn @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Evs: 40 HP 136 SPATK 252 SPDEF 80 Spe
~ ThunderBolt

You can use Shuca Berry, the berry that halves Ground type attack damage. Most pokemon who use Earthquake also have Stone Edge, and you wouldn't really want to switch Gyarados in on that! Thanks to Volt Absorb, you still can heal yourself.

Gyrados @ Leftovers
Nature: Jolly
Evs: 8 Spe, 252 Attack , 156 HP , 92 Defense
~ Dragon Dance
~ Stone Edge
~ Waterfall

As joel said you should use a bulkier spread, and I have already bolded my suggestion :D.

8 Speed and Jolly Nature means you outspeed max-speed Base 100s like Charizard and Salamence, who go to their graves from a Waterfall or (2)Stone Edge(s). 252 Attack EVs for maximum damage output, but I'm sure if you look hard enough you can find something great like how many Attack EVs to 2HKO Skarmory with +1 Waterfall. HP EVs let you switch into SR 4 times and live, not including Leftovers or other sorts of damage. Everything else is put into Defense to emphasize Intimidate, +1 -1 Salamence LO Adamant Outrage does not OHKO you without any HP / Defense EVs or Stealth Rock!

The grass weakness isnt so important as the ground weakness as earthquake is the most common move in the game while grass moves are usually only seen on one pokemon in a team at most.

Usually said grass move is Grass Knot and Lanturn's lightness means he takes little damage from Grass Knot.
