[SET COMMENTS]

With Latios's amazing Specially Offensive powers, it is very possible to set up a Physical Sweep. The strategy here would be to bring in Latios on something it forces to switch out, and set up a Dragon Dance. After that take care of whatever the opponent brings in to counter you. Blissey, Tyranitar, and Scizor, all can be taken out with Dragon Claw, Earthquake, and Hidden Power respectively, and from that point, you can continue to destroy things with any of the listed attacks.

There are several other options that can be used. Outrage, which is usually thought of on a Physical set, can actually be dropped on Latios, as it is not needed to OHKO any threats. (Blissey is 2HKO'd by Dragon Claw, but is not OKHO'd by Outrage.) Zen Headbutt is an option if you want the secondary STAB, but that will leave you open to Steel-types, most notably Scizor and Skarmory.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

While it may seem that Salamence does a better job at this, the lack of a 4x Ice weakness, as well as no Stealth Rock weakness give Latios an edge. Latios also has the advantage when it comes to setting up, as many of the common counters to Latios are very easily taken out by this set. It should still be noted that Blissey is only 2HKO'd.
