Glimmet shines bright like a diamond in Little Cup! With access to Stealth Rock and Toxic Spikes via Toxic Debris, Glimmet stands out as the premier entry hazard setter in Little Cup. With a distinctive defensive typing, Glimmet is able to switch into common attackers such as Hisuian Growlithe and Vullaby, all while setting up Toxic Spikes for free. Mud Shot not only allows Glimmet to hit Steel-type Pokemon, but it also drops the foe's speed so a teammate can revenge kill it. Tera Grass allows Glimmet to survive Ground-type attacks from Pokemon like Alolan Diglett. Glimmet is best used on bulky offensive teams, as Pokemon like Hisuian Voltorb greatly appreciate the hazard support, giving it an easier time wearing down foes. Flying-weak Pokemon, such as Mienfoo and Foongus, appreciate Glimmet's ability to switch into Vullaby. In return, they can switch into Steel- and Ground-type Pokemon, respectively.

Tera Grass allows Glimmet to survive Ground- and Water-type attacks from Pokemon like Trapinch Alolan Diglett and Chinchou (you dont rly tera glimmet vs any water types). Glimmet is best used on offensive teams, as setup sweepers such as Magby and Shellder greatly appreciate the hazard support (not really true - you don't rly see glimmet on ho bc its too slow of a hazard lead. fits better on bulky offense type builds that usually appreciate hazards assisting guys like holtorb, etc at getting progress). Flying weak Pokemon, such as Mienfoo and Foongus, appreciate Glimmet's ability to switch into Vullaby. In return, they can switch into Steel- and Ground-type Pokemon respectively.

Mud Shot not only allows Glimmet to hit Steel-type Pokemon, but it also drops the enemies foe's afaik we dont use "enemy" Speed so a teammate can get a revenge knockout revenge kill it. Tera Grass allows Glimmet to survive Ground-type attacks from Pokemon like Alolan Diglett and Chinchou. Glimmet is best used on bulky offensive teams, as Pokemon like Hisuian Voltorb greatly appreciate the hazard support, (AC) so giving it has an easier time wearing down opponents foes opponent refers to the opposing player. Flying-(AH)weak Pokemon, such as Mienfoo and Foongus, appreciate Glimmet's ability to switch into Vullaby. In return, they can switch into Steel- and Ground-type Pokemon, (AC) respectively.
