Rapid Spin is used to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame. Earthquake is chosen to threaten Poison-types such as Mareanie and Glimmet as well as Steel-types like Pawniard and Tinkatink. Tera Ice boosts the power of Triple Axel. Tera Ghost provides immunity to Fighting-type moves and Fake Out. Pokemon that use Tera Water or Ice defensively, including Toedscool, Hisuian Voltorb, and Mudbray, are able to check Alolan Sandshrew even with a Swords Dance boost. Common partners for Alolan Sandshrew include Snover, due to its ability to set snow. Torchic is another good teammate, as it can force foes to defensively Terastallize into a type weak to Alolan Sandshrew.

Whilst Ghost Tera provides immunity to Fighting and Fake Out. Common partners for Sandshrew-Alola include Snover, due to it's ability to set Snow, and Mareanie to wall the Fire and Fighting types that threaten Sandshrew-Alola. (i think a better mention is torchic as it works well with sandshrew as they generally forces tera for eachother. also dont rly see mare hail)

Hacker done (mb for it being small but u kinda just told me to remove some things altogether but I can add mare back in if it's too small also mare was the highest mon used with the snover+shrew core at open) thats why i needed to see the grand slam sheet
