Want utility? Shroodle provides oodles! Shroodle is an increasingly popular pick in the Little Cup tier due to the sheer amount of role compression it provides. Its Poison / Normal typing allows it to simultaneously absorb Toxic Spikes and reliably answer Ghost-types. Ghost-types especially have to beware of the rare Knock Off, which can be made even more powerful with Tera Dark, a typing that also provides an immunity to Gothita's Psychic. Shroodle double-dips on pivoting, with Prankster Parting Shot making Shroodle one of few Pokemon that can escape trapping, and U-turn hitting opposing Dark-types, which shrug off Knock Off and status moves. Prankster Copycat turns Shroodle into a revenge-killing machine, letting it sweep with its own priority Knock Off or steal useful moves like Rapid Spin, Sticky Web, and Roost. Alternatively, Prankster Encore can be used to shut down any Pokemon foolish enough to use a non-damaging move. Shroodle's best teammates are Shell Smash users like Shellder and Chewtle, which can find ways to set up with ease thanks to Shroodle's Parting Shot and Encore support, and Crabrawler, which excels at using weakened Pokemon to set up and checks Pawniard.

Prankster Copycat turns Shroodle into a revenge killing machine, even enabling it to sweep with its own priority Knock Off or steal useful moves like Rapid Spin and Roost i think id add webs here since its one of the main factors to use it imo. Alternatively, Prankster Encore can be used to shut down any Pokemon foolish enough to use a status move i think its better to say that its best use is to stop setup and to give opportunities to your own. Shroodle's best teammate is likely Crabrawler, which excels not only in using opposing Pokemon weakened by Parting Shot to set up, but is also one of few answers to Shroodle's arch-nemesis, Pawniard. id mention the smashers here too for similar reasons, and also the trappers bc encore/pshot + trap is broken
