Being the fastest unboosted Pokemon in the metagame at 20 Speed, Hisuian Voltorb can take full advantage of its dual STAB and Volt Switch, to completely dominate the tempo of a match. Tera Ice allows Hisuian Voltorb to hit Grass-types and Volt Absorb Wattrel, making it nigh unwallable unless it's facing Tera Steel Wattrel. One of Hisuian Voltorb's best teammates is Shroodle, which can Knock Off opposing Eviolites to facilitate a sweep by Hisuian Voltorb while creating a powerful VoltTurn core.
