DQ: Strict 72h Disqualification. One warning per player. After the warning is used (any tag after DQ interval is passed will be counted as warning), the Player has one hour to post (with full orders/pokemon, just saying "orders coming watch this space" doesn't suffice) after DQ is called to rescind it. If one hour passes, the player is DQ'd regardless of the ref posting or not. User calling DQ must tag DQ'd player. Referees please tag the combatants when you have finished your reffing. Players, if you know you're going to be away you better post a Leave of Absence BEFORE you leave, or give a very good reason in case of an emergency.

Pokémon must stay in the arena (or the dimensions of the arena in the case of Flying-type Pokémon, who cannot leave the arena & cannot fly higher than 18m). This prevents Pokémon from injuring the crowd watching the tournament. There are no outside interruptions by fans, Pokémon, or other elements not associated with the current battle.

Another definitely interesting match up here in the ASB LC Tournament. YAS has been around a while and now finds himself holding up the Dark gym rather well while Birkal has the dubious honour of almost instantly shooting the top of any tournament predictions by virtue of having that Mewtwo. Today however they bring cute little tiny Pokemon to fight with. YAS has brought two rather common Pokemon for this tournament as well as his wildcard. It is easy to see why Murkrow and Abra are well represented among the teams but in this particular match Abra might find itself a little outgunned. Without holding a positive type match up anywhere those paper thin defences might get found out. Bellsprout is going to be the key however, if it can remove Chinchou then Murkrow is going to be able to do some strong work. Birkal on the other hand has a strong match up against all three of the opponents in the team somewhere, and Chimchar might be able to have some fun while at least avoiding all those pesky Water types for a round. But enough of me, lets see who gets to take the first possible match up advantage by flipping the Igglybuff
