No speed on Salamence? I'd recommend try going with bulkymence (248 HP/180 Def/80 Spe, Jolly) with DD, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, and Roost if you are going for a more defensive Salamence.

your team can easily get Twaved. Thats your only weakness, as for Jirachi. As much as I like the Moveset, since I used it, but it does fail sometimes.
Replace Ice punch with fire punch. You need Fire punch for lukes, magnezone (when your trapped), especially scizors.
Ice punch only for gliscors? No way. Iron head would do enough damage to kill it.
and Salamance with no speed? it will get PWNT! You gotta put like the bulky set salamence at least. Salamence always needs speed EV's no matter what, even if it is bulky.

This team is massively weak to the Ground-Ice attacking combination. For this reason, I think you should change Registeel to a Bronzong. Its the only Pokemon that resists it. You can use the standard set of:

Gyro Ball

There you go. Its standard, but it works well. Gyro Ball is your main STAB move here. Stealth Rock dosen't need any describing. Earthquake is your coverage move to hit Magnezone and Heatran. The last slot is based on preference.
