Done Let Drivers see sourcecode for dailies when doing /daily

This is really just a small thing. Just kinda confused why mods can see daily code when doing /daily [topic] but drivers can't.

All the current system really does is make it arbitrarily more annoying for drivers to make small edits to /daily.

For the record, you can just do "/permissions set /daily, %" to give roomdrivers this permission.

Hm. It certainly should (e: not a bug, nvm). I'll take a peek.
Edit: I see the issue - /setdaily is already available for any user, so /permissions isn't needed. I'll modify it to check /setdaily instead.
