Pretty standard hailstorm team

Abomasnow @ leftovers
Nature: sassy
Ev's: 252 Hp/ 98 Def/ 160 SpD
Attacks:
wood hammer
blizzard
protect
leech seed
He's my hail starter. he usually sets up hail and then switches. he can sometimes come in and stall with leech seed and protect, but wit all his weaknesses he wont be very effective. my hail starter none the less

Walrein @ leftovers
Nature: bold
Ev's: 220 Hp/ 240 Def/ 48 Spe
Attacks:
surf
protect
substitute
toxic
this is the ultimate staller in a hail team! she comes in and substitutes and then protects and you repeat it until the poke dies from all the Tspikes and hail. i put toxic on there so i can poison things that arent by toxic spikes. surf is there for an attack in case of taunt.

Froslass @ lifeorb
Nature: timid
Ev's 252 SpA/ 252 Spe/ 4 Def
Attacks:
thunderbolt
shadowball
blizzard
destiny bond
I didn't want to go for the spiker set because of the necessity of using thunderwave in that set. and when most of my oponents switch in they will be poisoned anyway. so i went with sort of a revenge killer and sacrafice kill. destiny bond helps with things that would normally be hard for a hailstorm team to counter.

Gliscor @ leftover
Nature: Impish
Ev's 252 H/ 40 Def/ 216 Atk
Attacks:
aerial ace
earthquake
roost
stealth rock

216 speed helps me outrun neutral speed lucario which could put my hail team in danger and aerial ace of for breloom and heracross. im not sure which set to go with, this one or the def wall set, but this one sounded more fun so i went with it. he's also my stealth rocker. also a ttar counter

Heatran @ choice scarf
Nature: Mild
Ev's: 252 SpA/ 16 Def/ 240 Spe
Attacks:
flamethrower/ Fire blast?
earth power
explosion
dragon pulse
with the ev's he reaches a speed of 375 which makes it my fastest pokemon. this thing is here to counter scizor with bullet punch because that is the main threat, besides Ttar, to a hail team. dragon pulse for neutral coverage and super effective against kingdra. explosion for last ditch.

Tentacruel @ leftovers
Nature: calm
Ev's 252 Hp/ 120 def/ 136 SpD
Attacks:
Tspikes
surf
Blizzard
rapid spin
Spinner and infernape counter. gets rid of stealth rock and other hazards. he's a cool poke. he lays down the Tspikes.

froslass really isnt good at anything else and its always fun to takes down a full health pokemon when you're about to die

True. I personally would have used the Spikes set. But it's your team.
Seems pretty solid, though I don't use Hail, so I wouldn't know exactly.

Okay, since you have a rate on the way, I'm not gonna lock this thread. Fix a few of the descriptions up, or I'll infract you though. Thanks.

Consider running Roar over Toxic on Walrein. It is usually the best choice for it - it stops it from being set up on by Steel-types (Scizor and Lucario come to mind, as does Agility Metagross), and can be used to phaze away Pokemon that try to phaze you first. With the given Speed EVs, you're outrunning both Skarmory and Swampert, two of the most common phazers, meaning your wal-stall won't be interrupted by them.

I would recommend you drop Froslass from this team for Rotom-f. Froslass has a lackluster offense even when backed with a LO and fully accurate Blizzard - 80 SpA really just doesn't cut it imo. Being weak to both Pursuit and Bullet Punch is definitely not a good idea in OU; Scizor resists both of Froslass' STABs and Destiny Bond won't save you if Scizor decides to BP. Rotom-f still gives you a spin immunity, while also giving you a Fighting and Ground immunities and resistance instead of weakness to Steel. Having extra back up against Scizor is never a bad idea, because right now if you bring Heatran into Scizor and it Superpowers, that's your team swept. This is the set I would recommend:

Rotom-f @ Leftovers
Bold (+Def, -Atk)
252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SpD
~ Blizzard
~ Thunderbolt
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk

Like I said, Rotom brings some nice immunities to the team, and this set will also serve as a handy status absorber for your team, something you currently lack. The problem is, it can't lure in and take out Tyranitar like your Froslass potentially could with Destiny Bond, so Will-O-Wisp is always an option over Blizzard (yes, WoW works on a ResTalk set like this). Problem is, WoW is pretty useless if you manage to get your T Spikes down, so generally I would say stick with the Blizz/Bolt set.

Give Gliscor Stone Edge over Aerial Ace. Aerial Ace is really a disappointing move against anything that isn't 4x weak to it, and Stone Edge lets you hit the threatening Gyarados and Salamence if you need to. Also, you have 216 EVs listed for Atk, they would be much better off in Speed =). I personally would say just go for Timid and max Speed on Heatran, as it means you can outspeed stuff like Weavile and once DDed Gyarados. Since Heatran is your only Steel-type and you want to use it to check Scizor, a -Def nature isn't the best idea. I would say just go for a -Atk nature, as good defenses are worth more than a slightly stronger Explosion on your team here. And scarf Heatran generally wants to run Fire Blast > Flamethrower, as otherwise it might not pack enough power to get some crucual KOs.

Good luck with your team =).

While leading with Abomasnow immediately to get the Hail going is a good idea, I find that it usually throws my opponent onto the defensive immediately; the see Abomasnow, and automatically go "Oh crap, a Hail team!"; As soon as they see that, they pretty much know that you'll have a Stallrein on your team, as well. I would change your lead Abomasnow into something a bit less conspicuous.

Bronzong (Levitate) * Leftovers/Choice Band/Macho Brace
Relaxed (+Def ; -Spe)
252 Hp/128 Atk/128 Def
- Gyro Ball
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
- Earthquake/Trick/Hypnosis

Bronzong brings a nice Ground immunity and Steel/Dragon resist to your team, as well as a passable Tyranitar counter. With explosion, it can take out troublesome key pokes, and with a bit of prediction, can nail the bane of hail teams (at least mine): Tyranitar, Salamence, Blissey, and Scizor. Also, when people see Bronzong, they don't assume automatically that it's a hail team, and thus will act a bit more recklessly with their main Stalrein counter.

That said, I would shift Abomasnow's set to a mixed set, allowing it to function as a decent revenge killer and passable wall breaker.

Abomasnow (Snow Warning) * Life Orb
Naughty/Naive (+Atk/+Spe; -SpD)
158 Atk/252 Spe/100 SpA
-Ice Shard
-Wood Hammer/Seed Bomb
-Blizzard/HP Fire
-Brick Break/Focus Punch

This turns him into a fantastic revenge killer against Dragons, as well as allowing him to hit most things very hard in general; Bulky Waters, Hippodon, and Tyranitar all eat a STAB Wood Hammer to the face, while the other attacks give you decent coverage.

I don't like the sweeper Froslass. Granted it's fast, but that's about it. I'd change it to an annoyer, or remove it altogether.

Frosslass (Snow Cloak) * Bright Powder/Leftovers
Timid (+Spe/-Atk)
248 Hp/252 Spe/ 8 Spa
-Thunder Wave/Confuse Ray
-Spikes
-Blizzard
-Substitute

While conflicting Paralysis and Toxic may seem redundant, the chance for "Fully Paralyzed!" benefits Froslass a lot more; with each miss, she gets more chances to set down spikes. This also completes the residual damage for your team, as it will have Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Stealth Rock on the field. With all 3 entry Hazards, I would drop Toxic on Walrein for Roar, and Blizzard on Tentacruel for Knock Off, which neuters Blissey and makes it harder for most Pokes in general to switch in. Good luck!
