let me know what you think

Ferrothorn @ leftovers. Trait:iron barbs
Sassy (+sp. def -speed)
EV's: 252hp, 100def, 156 sp. def

1. Gyro Ball
2. Power Whip
3. Spikes
4. Leech Seed

My opening pokemon. Great Wall. Sets up spikes with leech seed for support. Will switch out to another poke once done setting up. Gyro Ball for the faster opponents, Power Whip for the bulkier, slower opponents.

Ninjask @ Focus Sash. Trait: speed boost
Adamant (+atk - sp. atk)
EV's: 68 speed, 248 hp, 192 atk

1. Swords Dance
2. Substitute
3. Baton Pass
4. X-Scissor

Mainly used to set up my Archeops with SD. Focus sash so im guaranteed atleast 1 SD which is all i need. Substitute for adding more speed boosts if i dont feel threatened or if i feel like switching to Lucario. X-scissor to sometimes get a KO with a super-effective hit.

Zoroark @ Expert Belt. Trait: Illusion
Timid (+speed, -atk)
EV's: 252 sp. atk, 252 speed, 4hp

1. Night Daze
2. Nasty Plot
3. Focus Blast
4. Flamethrower

I LOVE ZOROARK. my favorite pokemon. High sp. atk and speed but low defenses, will normally get KOed. I Normally use Lucario for his Illusion to hope for a psychic or ghost switch-in. Special sweeper, great coverage. Nasty Plot for set-up if i feel safe enough trying to set up. Flamethrower to give me my fire coverage, Focus Blast + Night Daze covers just about everything else.

Archeops @ Flying Gem. Trait: Defeatist
Adamant (+atk -sp. atk)
EVs: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 sp. def

1. U-turn
2. Stone Edge
3. Acrobatics
4. Earthquake

Yea, I know. Defeatist SUCKS. Thats why i have Ninjask. As long as i can get a SD set-up then his Defeatist ability just takes him back to normal. High atk. and speed, physical sweeper. Flying Gem+ acrobatics is awesome. Stone Edge and Earthquake to cover his weaknesses, and U-turn if things get scary.

Jellicent @ Leftovers Trait: Water Absorb
Bold (+def, -atk)
EVs: 248 hp, 216 def, 44 speed

1. Recover
2. Ice Beam
3. Toxic
4. Scald

Another Bulky wall like ferro but also a spinblocker. Water absorb is awesome to switch in against a water-type. i switched surf for scald and WoW for toxic so that i can have toxic for the bulkier types trying to set up and gave me the ability to drop taunt. Ice Beam for more coverage.

Lucario @ Shell Bell. Trait: Inner Focus
Adamant (+atk -sp. atk)
EV's: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4hp

1. Close Combat
2. ExtremeSpeed
3. Swords Dance
4. Stone Edge

Like i said earlier, i mainly chose this guy to give me a fighting-type to use for Zoroark's Illusion. high atk. physical sweeper. SD if given the option to set-up. Sometimes Baton Pass to this guy for the +speed. Stone Edge to help cover fire weakness and ExtremeSpeed to get the +priority.

I think i covered just about everything. Im still pretty new to pokemon, i played the originals, but havent touched it since until now so any and all help is appreciated.

I've run Zoroark for a while, and his defences are absolutely atrocious. Try running a Sash on him so you can be guaranteed at least one hit. This is the first time I've rated a team, so idk if i'm being an idiot or not.... but it seems like Terrakion will run through your team with ease. 5/6 mons are weak to his STAB attacks... If he's Scarfed then your Archeops will be outsped and killed, even with the +1 speed, and the only effective counter you have is jellicent, who takes 43.6-51.4%... almost a 2HKO, except for leftovers. And then if your opponent gets crit hax you've pretty much lost. Maybe try running bulk up conkeldurr over lucario and SR over spikes on ferrothorn

Ok so I don't want to recommend to many changes because this is a unique team and I see you've used some of your favorites. But I also want to give you a quality rate because some times teams like yours get over looked. Anyway :)

There are some pokes who pose quite a threat to your team and are quite common. I mean specifically Dragonite, Terrakion and Volcarona

First off you don't have Stealth Rocks(Helps A LOT against Dnite and Volc) which in my opinion is much better than spikes. But spikes are still great so I ask you to try this Ferrothorn set:

Ferrothorn (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 68 Def / 188 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Power Whip

This set can set up both Hazards and can still annoy with Thunder Wave/Hit hard with Power Whip

Next I think both Ninjask is a weak link. Its really only there to pass to Archeops and even then Archeops can still be dealt with quite easily. You still have a problem with dealing with Terrakion and Ferrothorn is really only able to maybe Paralyze Dragonite. Try these two pokemon over Ninjask and Archeops:

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SAtk)
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- U-Turn / Trick

Scarf Jirachi gives you a solid Check to both Dragonite AND Terrakion(Make sure he's healthy if its a RP variant). Iron Head Revenge Kills Terrakion and Ice Punch is for the Dragons. Thunder Punch is there to Revenge Kill Gyarados who can also be a big bummer. The choice between U-Turn and Trick is up to you. U-Turn can provide key momentum while Trick can seriously mess up more defensive pokemon.

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- ExtremeSpeed

This Dragonite is awesome! Seriously try it and thank me later :D Anyway this guy can help you check Volcarona and is really just an awesome pokemon all around. If Stealth Rocks aren't up look out!

Anyway hope you give these suggestions a try and Good Luck!

-Zoroark disguised as Lucario
-Shell Bell on Lucario
-Using Archeops
-Ninjask on not a dedicated Baton Pass chain

wut. I hope that you know that Lucario is part Steel-type...

I have to say though, there is probably only one set Zoroark can really pull off in this metagame:

Zoroark (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Illusion
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower / Grass Knot

Use as a late game sweeper only. Do not send this out until your opponent's Fighting-types or anything faster than Zoroark are dead, otherwise you're pretty much screwed since Zoroark doesn't have any real ways to hurt Fighting-types outside of Extrasensory. If you want a more reliable way of hurting Skarmory, use Flamethrower. However, Grass Knot is still an option over Flamethrower to score an OHKO on Gastrodon after a Nasty Plot boost.

Since Lucario is such a terrible thing to pair up Zoroark with (both attract Conkeldurr!), I recommend replacing Lucario with a Choice Scarf Heracross.

Heracross (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Night Slash

Better partner for Zoroark than Lucario is; It is resistant to Fighting and Bug, which Zoroark is weak to, neutral to Stealth Rocks (good for keeping Zoroark's illusion intact), and weak to Psychic, which Zoroark is immune to. Can also get past the Pokemon faster than Zoroark, such as Latios and Gengar, two Pokemon that Zoroark hates. You can also switch into Scald/Will-O-Wisp/Toxic to attempt to get a free Guts boost and then after that just be ridiculously powerful.

You should be getting rid of Archeops and Ninjask. There are many ways to deal with Archeops, including basically any priority and especially Bullet Punch. Haxorus is an amazing set-up sweeper capable of breaking through Dragonite's Multiscale. Set:

Haxorus (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Brick Break

Speed EVs bring it up to 285 Speed, which beats Dragonite, and since Mold Breaker ignores Multiscale, OHKOs it with Outrage. Earthquake beats up a lot of things that have Levitate (Mold Breaker ignores that too), including Bronzong and Rotom-W, and Brick Break is a good move to use to punish Air Balloon abusers. Just about the only solid counter to this is Skarmory, who you have Zoroark to deal with anyway.

Now, to replace Ninjask... You're gonna need a better way to deal with Terrakion, so you should get yourself a good 'ol Scizor. Set:

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Terrakion is always OHKOed by Bullet Punch. Pursuit is a good move to use against Latios locked into Draco Meteor. Superpower for Blissey and stuff like that and predicting switches to Heatran/Magnezone. U-turn gives your team some switch advantage, which is always helpful.

Also, run Stealth Rock > Spikes on Ferrothorn.
