let mobile users view their own like counts

After searching around Smogon for a while I couldn't find my like count on my phone.

This should be a feature for those mobile users who care if they got 1k likes because that is a pretty big milestone in a Smogon user's career. Also there is no reason not to have it in general.

Hopefully this is not something XenForo can't do.

I'm on mobile right now and I can say it's simply because of the size of the screen. Depending on what you're using, try flipping the screen, otherwise this is something that can't be fixed by Smogon, I think?
