Pending Let people create customizable formats in the team builder

I am sorry if this was already asked but I skimmed through old threads and couldn't find anything similar. Also sorry if there is any hidden way to do this that I am not aware of.
Everytime I play Draft or Draft-like tournaments, I really wish I could create a customizable format in the Teambuilder with only a selectable amount of mons available.
The teambuilder is mad useful to filter mons during building, so you can actually go up for ability, moves, typing etc.
So like when building for OU and you need a Ground type on your team, you can type "Ground" and then filter all ground types and just start debating and thinking about which one is better. When playing something like Draft that's not really possible, and I think it would be mad useful for moves specifically. If I have 12 mons and I wanna quickly look which ones have Stealth Rock or Light Screen or Memento, I need to go look at each one of them individually, which is really a long process. Of course you tend to know what moves your mons have or you can use Sheets or /learn command to make the process a bit quicker, but I had sooo many cases where being able to just have my custom tier with my 10-20-40 mons in it would save me so much time and make building more effective.
On how I would do it, I am not sure, but like I think there could be a button below (add folder)

With like "Add Format" and then a button with like "add pokemon" and "remove pokemon" and eventually a gen? button

Something like this, or maybe there are easier or better ways to make it.

Nice! just last week i actually discussed this idea of having a separate UI for format building in the new client with Zarel, where users could create formats, name them, and save them locally (basically like how the teambuilder works if you lose your cache, you lose your formats). he did like the idea

these custom formats would show up in the formats list under a unique section when challenging other users.
The UI would let you add rules, bans, mods, etc. basically everything ``/buildformat`` can do but with a proper interface.
I haven’t decided on the design part yet but your idea does sound interestin and i'll definitely consider including it in the builder.

i can’t promise anything for now though, even though the idea for the format builder was approved the final UI will still need to go through a review process to see how it fits on the page, how user-friendly it is and whether it’s really needed.
so there’s no ETA yet, but i will do my best to make it happen.

(Edit: Any ideas or suggestions for the UI are totally welcome!)
