Since it's that time of the year, I figure that I might as well post about Obligatory Ice Level Day (or for short, OILD) here for the many of you who might not know about it:

Basically, each day this month Anatotitan, the official artist of TheSpeedGamers (a cool group of people that do gaming marathons for charities), is making a post on the blog there about a random ice level. The post will include links to music from the series on YouTube, but way more cool than that it is how it'll also include links to various remixes of the series music (including one of Banjo Kazooie's Freezeezy Peak done by the TSG community's own kylethedarkn), and desktops drawn by herself. Ana also commissioned an Obligatory Ice Level Soundtrack, which is a grouping of five ice-themed game level remixes that she requested and put together.
All together, some real good fun so far. As of now really dug the Banjo Kazooie and Earthbound days myself--some real good stuff there, so check it out.
(And also, while you're there, don't forget to note their 72 hour Pokemon marathon they'll be doing for Ally’s House, nor to check out their store--some pretty cool stuff there, like a Megaman Robot Master themed T-shirt designed by Ana, and any proceeds help them to pay server costs and pay for prizes for future marathons).
