Hey there smogon! Im here with my 2nd Uber rain team that i created. It kind of seem redundant of i really wanted to try out some new pokes. Take the time to vote which rain team is better as i will gladly be appreciate it. Now here is my RMT!
382.gif

Kyogre @ Choice specs
Trait: Drizzle
EVS: 252 sp.atk / 240 hp / 16 spe
Modest Nature
-Water spout
-Thunder
-Ice beam
-Hydro pump
Here is my First member: Kyogre. Since i'm making a rain team, there always have to be a rain starter and the only one that i would choose, is kyogre. Kyogre is really versatile. He can run different sets such as the scarf, specs and spdef set, but i had to choose one: The specs set. With hazard support from dialga and help from genesect, Kyogre and genesect pressures alot of team teams because of there wallbreaking power.Water spout is his Main STAB move, as it hit's pokes like a truck under the rain.Thunder and ice beam gives kyogre some nice coverage forming a bolt-beam combo. Hydro pump is mainly a filler move, but it has some nice uses when kyogre is at low HP. 16 spe allows me to speed creep other choice specs kyogre, groudon, and ho-oh.

Kabutops @ Life orb
Trait : SwiftSwim
EVS: 252 atk / 252 spe / 4 def
Adamant Nature
-Stone edge
-Waterfall
-Low kick
-Rapid spin
Well since i'm making a rain team, i thought to myself: "Why not put a SwiftSwim user?" and the first poke that came to my mind is kabutops. Kabutops is a monster in the uber metagame. With Drizzle support+ Swiftswim, it make's him a great late game sweeper. Another niche of his is that he could rapid spin which really helps my rayquaza alot. Waterfall is one of his STAB move as it hit's pokes like a truck under the rain. Stone edge is his other STAB move as it hit's pokes like lugia, rayquaza, and ho-oh if it's under the rain. Low kick is pretty nice is hit hits arceus-Normal and ferrothorn. As i said before, rapid spin really helps rayquaza to do his job better aswell allows genesect to u-turn out whenever he want's without the hazard damage.

Rayquaza @ Life orb
Trait: Air lock
Shiny: Yes
EVS: 252 atk / 252 spe / 4 spD
Adamant Nature
-Dragon claw
-V-create
-Extreme speed
-Sword dance
Here is my 3rd member: Rayquaza. Rayquaza is actually a pretty nice sweeper with Sword dance as few pokes can relatively check him ( mainly scarfkion, scarf genesect). Always use sword dance when you feel like it's safe to do so. Dragon claw is his STAB move. I chose dragon claw over outrage because when you use outrage, rayquaza could easily get revenged killed by pokes such as genesect and i feel that after a Sword dance, dragon claw can hit as hard as outrage and not worry about getting revenged killed. Extreme speed is a nice priority move. It's definitely weaker then Arceus-normal extreme speed, but by no means that it is useless. Rayquaza could really use a priority move as v-create lower's his speed. V-create allows him to smash through pokes such as ferrothorn, forretress, and skarmory, And since his ability nulifies rain, V-create won't be weakend.
649.gif

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Download
EVS: 248 atk / 8 spa / 252 spe
Naive Nature
-U-turn
-Ice beam
-Iron head
-Explosion
Here is my 4th member: Genesect. Mewtwo and darkrai have been droped in usage, while genesect is rising in usage.. What a coincidence! With choice scarf, this guy becomes a great revenge killer. What makes genesect such a good scarfer is that it has access to u-turn, decent speed, and giving this team offensive momentum. U-turn is his main STAB move and the most important move on this set. Genesect spends most of his time u-turning on big threats such as Mewtwo and Darkrai. Ice beam allows him to revenge kill weakened dragon pokes such as rayquaza. I had 8 spa EVS since it ensures that genesect could OHKO rayquaza at full HP. Iron head deals with scarfed kyurem-W as well doing a para-flinch against Arceus-Ghost/Grass. Explosion is just a filler move since flamethrower would be worthless since it's power is reduced in the rain.
483.gif

Dialga @ Lum berry
Trait: Pressure
EVS 252 HP / 40 spa / 200 spd / 16 spe
Modest Nature
-Draco meteor
-Fire blast
-Thunder wave
-Stealth rocks
Here is my 5th member: Dialga. He is my lead. He can handle darkrai by absorbing dark void from dakrai, then T-wave it so it becomes useless. Dialga is also my palkia check as he could live any hit from it and then OHKO it with Draco meteor. 16 speed EVS allows me to speed creep support groudon and standard Ho-oh. Stealth rocks is pretty obvious as he is my stealth rock user and hazard support really helps kyogre and genesect out. Draco meteor is his STAB move as even with only 40 EVS in spa, he could still deal pretty nice damage to some pokes. Fire blast allows him to hit ferrothorn, skarmory, forretress and genesect.
493-ghost.gif

Arceus-Ghost
Trait: Multitype
EVS: 252 HP / 4 def / 252 spe
Timid Nature
-Judgement
-Focus blast
-Recover
-Will-o-wisp
Here is my 6th and last team member: Arceus-ghost. Since i have someone to set up hazards, a spin blocker would be really good. I was torn about using either arceus-ghost or giratina, but i went for arceus-ghost. He is my arceus-normal and a decent RP groudon check. Judgement is obviously his main sTAB move no doubt about it. Focus blast gives him excellent coverage as judgement+ focus blast allows him to hit anything neutral or super effective. Recover allows him to keep his survivability up. Will-o-wisp allows arceus-ghost to burn dangerous physical sweepers such as extremekiller Arceus and RP groudon. With his nice speed, he is a great burn inducer ( which is the main reason why i went for arceus-ghost).
CONCLUSION
Well, that's all i got for you guy's. I probably said this in all of my other RMT's, please suggest some on what to remove/add as all suggestion's will be consider. Thank you for taking your time to read my RMT!

Yo really nice team you got there, I noticed you have a heavy weakness against Rain abusers such as opposing Kabutops and Kingdra (being able to get a kill everytime it comes in, uncommon but still a weakness). Also offensive Groudon can be a total cunt if it gets up Rock Polish, even though it's an offensive team I suggest you to try Physically defensive Kyogre over Choice Specs it can take any attack from the things I mentioned above and retaliate back with a powerful Scald if played correctly. Rest and Sleep Talk are a must on this Kyogre since it helps it stay more in battle, also, Roar helps phaze Calm Mind users which kinda give your team problems if you lose Kabutops or Genesect.

Kyogre:
382.gif

Kyogre @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 240 HP / 244 Def / 24 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Roar

Next thing I'd suggest is using Palkia over Rayquaza since you like a way to fight Kyogre back and Rayquaza doesn't really help you much in this team anyways, Palkia also abuses rain and can tear teams apart when used correctly. Although Rayquaza "helped you" with the weather abuser problem I think Palkia would be much better since it takes a lot of pressure off Dialga. As for Palkia's set, I suggest you using Haban Berry as an item since it beats opposing Palkia (which is a problem) 1v1 and it also gives the impression that Palkia is choiced. Standard moves, Spacial Rend, Hydro Pump, Fire Blast and Thunder.

Palkia:

Palkia @ Haban Berry
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Spacial Rend
- Hydro Pump
- Fire Blast
- Thunder

Change made:
Choice Specs Kyogre > Physically Defensive
Rayquaza > Haban Berry Palkia

Good Luck! :]

Yeah, you have a huge weakness to sun, and I'm not seeing what Palkia is doing to help with that lol. Physically defensive Kyogre is good as a backup check to RP Groudon (as with Arceus-Ghost you're losing 25% of the time vs it), and it can kind of take on Ho-oh, which the rest of your team is really weak to... you should probably keep physically defensive Ogre. Palkia is a cool mon on that team as it prevents other rain abusers from murdering you, though you already have most of those covered between Defensive Ghostceus, Dialga, and your own Kabutops.

I suggest Latios>Palkia as a good way to stallbreak while still checking Kyogre (there's no safe switchin to Latios...most Steels take around 50-70% from its Draco Meteor) and hitting really hard. I like running Draco Meteor/Grass Knot/Surf/Psyshock (or Roar in the last slot) as this gives you optimal coverage against pretty much everything in the metagame except Ferrothorn, Which is taken care of by Kyogre, Dialga, and Kabutops to an extent.

Draco Meteor / Thunder / Psyshock / Filler (I prefer Roar or Roost) is totally superior in rain. Thunder hits most things Grass Knot+Surf do, while having a 30% chance of paralysis, making Latios even harder to deal with and only taking up one moveslot. Surf is even worse than Thunder in sun, so that is hardly an argument. Psyshock is also great for dealing with Ho-Oh in sun (Ho-Oh in rain is hardly an issue for the team), which you identified as a major weakness, so I cannot imagine why you would forgo that of all moves for Roar.

When I said that they were Ho-oh weak, I simply meant that they had no safe switchin vs it (aside from Monogre) and a good way to deal with it in Sun would help them. Thunder doesn't do crap to Groudon, which the rest of the team doesn't like that much, which is why I suggested Grass Knot. Other than that, Thunder is generally superior though. Surf works with Grass Knot to provide nice coverage and ensures that you aren't walled by specially defensive Steels (Heatran, Specially Defensive Forry, what have you) while also having pseudo-STAB in rain. You're only losing vs Ferrothorn, which this team doesn't mind so much. Roar or Roost could possibly fit in over Psyshock, but Psyshock gives you coverage on the odd Stone Edge Fightceus you run into while also being your best option vs. most Calm Mind Arceus Formes... I guess Roost could work if you want Latios to last for longer, though.

As I said, most things. Surf barely hits Forry harder, Heatran is rare as well as a non-issue for this team. Draco Meteor hits Groudon extremely hard, reliably OHKOing offensive sets (the truly dangerous ones) and no one in their right mind is keeping Groudon in on a full power Latios either way (and if they switch out, you usually want to be using Draco Meteor anyway). Ferrothorn is also definitely an issue if Latios replaces Palkia and Kyogre loses its Specs, HP Fire would actually be worth considering.
