Clefable
Ability: Cute Charm
Level: 50
Modest Nature
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Fire Blast
- Stealth Rock

Clefable can compress the roles of a Stealth Rock setter and Calm Mind wallbreaker due to its above-average bulk and fantastic Fairy typing. Clefable can also punish certain slower Poison- and Steel-types such as Alolan Muk and Melmetal with a Calm Mind-boosted Moonblast and Fire Blast, respectively, paving the way for Clefable or a teammate such as Nasty Plot Mew to sweep. Clefable is also a decent switch-in mid-game to Pokemon such as Poliwrath, Dragonite, and Alolan Exeggutor. However, Clefable's lack of reliable recovery means it will get worn down over time trying to check these foes, limiting Clefable's opportunities to set up. Clefable's Special Attack isn't necessarily the greatest either, usually needing a Calm Mind boost to punish its switch-ins. Lastly, the advent of several Poison-types such as Mega Beedrill, Mega Gengar, and Nidoqueen has put a lot of offensive pressure on Clefable, forcing it out nearly every time they come in.
