base stats hp 110/atk 85/def 95/spatk 80/spdef 95/speed 50

abilitys
own tempo: prevents confusion
oblivious: prevents attract

this thing has great potential. one of the main things that stands out on it is its STAB explosion! it can be used as a tank and as a good support pokemon.

fling iron ball to kill any ghost/psychics then explode on next pokemon. probably most standard licky

sword dance then it can sweep. has alot of trouble with ghosts though.
 
This thing has the strongest Explosion in the whole game. The only thing that could survived a Belly Drummed Explosion from this thing is Aggron...
 
I see it as solely support, as the only pokemon to legally get wish and heal bell. Boom when it has done its job, filler for consistent damage.

How does it get Wish? It doesn't say on Serebii.net... hey, maybe he can use wish+belly drum? o.0 It would make it up for his average attack stat...

Don't know what planet your living on.

But bases of 110/95/95 are FAR from being classed as bad at all. If anything they exceed Dragonites and average out around similar to Tyrranitar on the special side. Dragonite is far from being fragile despite its 4x weakness.

Lickilicky does have the disadvantage of being only Normal type though so doesn't benefit from any resistances besides Ghost. Should also point out this thing learns both Gyro Ball and Hammer Arm, after one Hammer Arm I'm sure Gyro Ball should come close to its max (150).

One more important thing nobody has noted and that is it does learn Disable, it doesn't seem like much but against some of the hard hitting Choice item users they get instantly neutralized. Unless you use a fighting attack its highly unlikely Lickilicky is being OHKO'd anytime soon.

I believe Wish and Heal Bell are both Pokemon Box/NYPC exclusives.
 
Knock Off/Wish/Heal Bell/Power Whip or Earthquake seems cool on a team with Tyranitar. Knock Off for most Pokemon, Power Whip/Earthquake for guys who resist Sandstorm.
