Sorry if this is supposed to go in C+C but It's a UU poke and isn't a huge analysis.

Oh this gets wrecked by Hitmontop but that's why you have 5 other pokes.
 
None of the 5th gen Dream World pokemon have been released. Prankster Liepard is therefore illegal, and since there's no DW UU, pretty much useless.
 
Individual Pokemon threads are reserved for notable Pokemon in the metagame (i.e. not every Pokemon deserves its own thread).

Liepard is not one of those Pokemon...

Not to mention the OP is severely lacking.
