O recém-chegado Liepard possui ótima Speed e versatilidade, utilizando sets physical ou special. Choice Band aumenta seu Attack mediano e o torna irritante para times ofensivos, junto a sua alta Speed o colocando acima de Galarian Rapidash. Limber permite a Liepard evitar Static e fazer pivot livremente para um aliado. Knock Off é extremamente repetível e pode remover Leftovers de Sandslash ou Eviolite de Tangela. Play Rough atinge Fighting-types, como Throh. Gunk Shot causa grande dano em Grass-types bulky, como Appletun e Tangela, enquanto remove Galarian Rapidash. Alternativamente, Prankster com Copycat ao invés de Gunk Shot consegue mais revenge kills em Pokémon como Choice Scarf Unfezant. Golduck e Lilligant podem ser trazidos por U-turn e derrotar Ground-types que Liepard não pode enfrentar. Pokémon bulky, como Type: Null e Throh, podem fazer switch em usuários de Choice Scarf mais rápidos, como Golduck e Manectric. Liepard também combina bem com setup sweepers, como Nasty Plot Gourgeist e Swords Dance Falinks.
