[SET COMMENTS]

Lilligant is a great choice for any sun team, as it sets up Sunny Day, has a solid base 90 Speed stat, and has access to both Chlorophyll and Sleep Powder. The lack of permanent weather in RU means that 8 turns of sun can go a long way, especially due to all the powerful sweepers that a sun team has access to. Sleep Powder puts the opposition to sleep, thus buying time for Lilligant's teammates to set up. Solarbeam is a 120 Base Power STAB move, and works instantaneously when sun is up. Hidden Power Fire roasts the Grass-, Steel-, and Bug-types that resist Solarbeam and also gains power thanks to Sunny Day. Hidden Power Rock is also an option, nailing dangerous threats such as Entei, Honchkrow, and Moltres. Healing Wish is another option, restoring one of Lilligant's teammates to full health and curing any status problems it may have.

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

Chlorophyll is the ability of choice, doubling Lilligant's Speed in the sun. A Modest nature lets Lilligant hit as hard as possible by maximizing its Special Attack stat; Speed isn't too much of an issue since Lilligant's Speed is doubled in sunlight. However, a Timid nature is still an option as it lets Lilligant have higher Speed initially. If Healing Wish is used in the last slot, all of the Special Attack EVs should be transferred to HP and a Timid nature should be used instead, as there is no reason to maximize Special Attack when it is only running a single attacking move. Heat Rock is the item of choice, extending sun's duration from five turns to eight turns. Life Orb is also an option that allows Lilligant to hit harder, but this Lilligant isn't meant to be a sweeper, so Heat Rock is more beneficial.

Aromatherapy lets Lilligant heal itself and its teammates from status, but Healing Wish is usually a better option since it will also restore one of your teammates to full health. This set should only be used on a sun team, and as such, Pokemon such as Charizard and Sawsbuck are good partners. Without Hidden Power Rock, this set cannot touch Moltres and Entei outside of Sleep Powder. Regirock is a very good partner for this reason, as it can not only take on these Pokemon, but can provide both Stealth Rock and Sunny Day support. Steel-types wall this set if Lilligant isn't running Hidden Power Fire, but sun teams easily roast Steel-types with common Fire-type moves.
