In the Strategy Pokedex, has the Smogon team considered linking the name of a Pokemon in the comments or description to its own Smogon Dex page? (ie. Tyranitar is a good counter to this Pokemon because...) I think it would help everyone navigate the site faster when building teams.

You can just type in a Pokemon's name in the search box above every page to instantly go to that Pokemon's page. Personally, as someone who actually needs to work with the source of the content, I would find the proliferation of links that you suggest to be rather annoying. While I can see why some people might favor this idea, I don't think that the increase in convenience is large enough to warrant the extra work.
