Little Cup ^.^

My Little Cup team not much to say.

Buizel @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 76 HP/ 252 Atk/ 196 Spe
Adamant Nature
~Aqua Jet
~Quick Attack
~Pursuit
~Ice Punch

Priority Buizel, Water/Normal provide near perfect coverage while pursuit lets me hit fleeing ghosts and such. Ice Punch provides some extra coverage against Grass/Ground/Flying. Not as much speed is needed on Buizel due to 2 priority moves, and pursuit mainly to catch fleeing stuff.

Bulbasaur @ Choice Specs
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 236 HP/ 252 SAtk/ 20 Spe
Modest Nature
~Leaf Storm
~Sludge Bomb
~Hidden Power [Fire]
~Sleep Talk

SpecsSaur, my main special sweeper w/ double STAB, to handle bulky waters, ground, rock, and grass, HP fire purely for steel and Ice types, as well as Grass/Poison grass types.

Porygon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 76 Def/ 252 SAtk/ 196 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Tri Attack

ScarGon, revenge killer Bolt-Beam coverage, along with Shadow Ball and Tri Attack, to kill ghosts, psychic, and a STAB Move for somthing that resists all others.

Elekid @ Expert Belt
Ability: Static
EVs: 196 Atk/ 76 SAtk/ 236 Spe
Lonely Nature
~Thunder Punch
~Ice Punch
~Cross Chop
~Hidden Power [Ground]

Mixed Elekid, unlike Electivire Elekid is a bit more Specially focused so i decided on a Mixed Sweeper. T-Punch for STAB, and Ice Punch, Cross Chop, HP Ground gives it the same coverage as Electivire w/ a specially based Ground attack.

Phanpy @ Oran Berry
Ability: Pick Up
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Atk
Impish Nature
~Stealth Rock
~Earthquake
~Knock Off
~Roar

My UtilityPhan, foregoing Rapid Spin for Roar due to the lessened prevalence and it doenst hurt that bad, Knock off to get rid of Berries and Choice items, and SR to set up entry hazzard, Earthquake for STAB, and Oran berry so I can mess up as least 2 opponents.

Growlithe @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Flare Blitz
-Crunch
-Aerial Ace
-Iron Tail

CB, sweeper hits alot hard, lacks extremespeed and T-Fang sadly but it can deal still has decent coverage.

Go-GO-GO RMT.

I don't see what this does for you to be honest, doesn't particularly help the team from a defensive point of view with resistances nor does it hit hard enough. If you do persist with Buizel, I'd go with Waterfall/Aqua Jet/Return/Bulk Up @Life Orb and go with Jolly 236 Atk / 236 Spe just so you hit hard, especially after a bulk up and at least function as a semi-decent cleaner.

This type of priority Hitmontop imitation is pulled off better by Squirtle (fake out/ aqua jet / waterfall / return or ice punch) or Meowth (Fake out/hypnosis/u-turn/bite)

Bulbasaur @ Choice Specs
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 236 HP/ 252 SAtk/ 20 Spe
Modest Nature
~Leaf Storm
~Sludge Bomb
~Hidden Power [Fire]
~Sleep Talk

SpecsSaur, my main special sweeper w/ double STAB, to handle bulky waters, ground, rock, and grass, HP fire purely for steel and Ice types, as well as Grass/Poison grass types.

EVs are inefficient here, taking into account HP Fire IVs, you only need 240 SpAtk / 236 HP / 4 Spe. The problem with Specs Bulbasaur is that it is too slow and doesn't have any real resistances or immunities of note except for Water and Fighting and there is a tendency for Water and Fighting types to carry Ice Punch anyway. With 11 Speed, it will probably get killed before it gets kills and cannot function as a hit and run pokemon with the lack of chances to switch in.

What I would do is max out speed and Sp Atk and run Modest and give it Choice Scarf so you get 17 SpAtk and 21 Speed so at least you can get a hit in with Leaf Storm which will still hurt and be a decent revenge killer.

Porygon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Download
EVs: 76 Def/ 252 SAtk/ 196 Spe
Timid Nature
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Tri Attack

ScarGon, revenge killer Bolt-Beam coverage, along with Shadow Ball and Tri Attack, to kill ghosts, psychic, and a STAB Move for somthing that resists all others.

Tri Attack is illegal on Porygon (it is learnt above level 5 and porygon cannot be bred with it as it is genderless). I'd just run Trick Room over Tri Attack and HP Fighting > Shadow Ball @Life Orb or Oran Berry. Your team in general is slow and you would benefit from Trick Room support, and you could then keep Bulbasaur as it is.

Elekid @ Expert Belt
Ability: Static
EVs: 196 Atk/ 76 SAtk/ 236 Spe
Lonely Nature
~Thunder Punch
~Ice Punch
~Cross Chop
~Hidden Power [Ground]

Mixed Elekid, unlike Electivire Elekid is a bit more Specially focused so i decided on a Mixed Sweeper. T-Punch for STAB, and Ice Punch, Cross Chop, HP Ground gives it the same coverage as Electivire w/ a specially based Ground attack.

Life Orb >>>> Expert Belt in almost all circumstances unless you are using recoil attacks. If you have 19 or less HP you take 5% of life of recoil damage rather than 10% for ~11% extra damage output.

And yeah, EVs need work, max attack and Speed first of all, 252 Atk and 236 Spe EVs and go with Jolly to reliably revenge kill Gligar and have a chance of beating non scarf Diglett who will otherwise bone you. Lower the HP IV to 0 to take advantage of lower recoil damage. In the last slot, HP Ground is useless as Rhyhorn etc will probably take similar damage from Ice punch. Use Sub, Meditate or Quick Attack in the last slot. Sub helps with prediction and against Diglett, Meditate allows you to make the most of a free turn and potentially sweep whilst Quick Attack is for low health scarfers/priority move users.

Phanpy @ Oran Berry
Ability: Pick Up
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 Atk
Impish Nature
~Stealth Rock
~Earthquake
~Knock Off
~Roar

My UtilityPhan, foregoing Rapid Spin for Roar due to the lessened prevalence and it doenst hurt that bad, Knock off to get rid of Berries and Choice items, and SR to set up entry hazzard, Earthquake for STAB, and Oran berry so I can mess up as least 2 opponents.

Apart from set up SR what does this do? The metagame is too fast paced for Roar, you will take huge damage from stuff like Dratini that you will want to roar out anyway that you might as well use a revenge killer or just kill it outright. If you want SR, then Gligar or Bronzor are usually better and have other functions too. Also EVs: 196 HP / 118 Atk / 196 Def provides the same defence but two more attack points.

Growlithe @ Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Flare Blitz
-Crunch
-Aerial Ace
-Iron Tail

CB, sweeper hits alot hard, lacks extremespeed and T-Fang sadly but it can deal still has decent coverage.

This sort of set is plainly outclassed by Magby who has a better Speed, Attack and movepool. Magby can run a similar Flare Blitz / ThunderPunch / Cross Chop / Filler and reach 19 speed making it the superior option.

Go-GO-GO RMT.

Well, the first thing about this team is that it lacks speed, which renders it vulnerable to speed boosting pokemon. Your best hope against a Dratini is to hope that Porygon wins the speed tie after a DD since it OHKOs everything on this team and I'm also concerned that only Buizel can put up a fight against the common Scarf Diglett since it picks off Elekid and Growlithe off the bat and takes down the rest of them if they 30-40% below max HP. You have a few pokemon that are doing "nothing" so to speak.

I'd fix up Buizel for a start, make it more offensive as I mentioned. Buizel always needs Waterfall. I'd replace Phanpy for Gligar for a more solid defensive base and the ability to do something other than just set up SR, and at least something that isn't Diglett weak. I'd also replace Porygon with scarf gastly (Shadow Ball / Sludge Bomb / Tbolt / Explosion ) as it is a better revenge killer in general and gives you more immunities which this team is lacking in - especially fighting since Close Combats can wear down almost anything bar a defensive Gligar.

Choice Band and Choice Specs are superseded by Life Orb and Choice Scarf generally, especially when neither Bulbasaur nor Growlithe are particularly fast. I'd look at getting rid of at least one of those and adding a pokemon like Chinchou that will increase the number of resistances on this team or just adding a faster sweeper that has good synergy with Elekid as your attacking base on this team.

Guess i should of specified its for PBR Little Cup not as competitive still as fun though, but alot of the things you said are useful, that being said i may consider switching this to Trick Room team

Ill definently fix up buizel, and phanpy
