Let me just add now that this quality isn't always great, because I struggled to find time to post this and idc really about getting a meme team to a great standard in quality.
Teambuilding Process:
Who needs a teambuilding process when you're a god? Just throw the coolest things onto a team and win, thats how you build in ORAS.
Now, onto the team!
Victini @ Expert Belt
Ability: Victory Star
EVs: 112 Atk / 144 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- Glaciate
- Energy Ball
You may say dedicated leads are a bad idea. You may say they belong in previous gens. You may say Victini is a shit dedicated lead even as far as they go, as it has no rocks, nothing to gain momentum, or any other good factors. If you say any of those things, you are right! But it is still incredibly consistent. It has a (calculated) 1.7 kd, which is great for Pokemon. It lures Garchomp and Lando-T in so so easily. So easily. Energy ball also does a good amount to Tyranitar, which is great because fuck Pursuit. Bolt strike is replaceable I guess, but nothing Victini has really touches Heatran, who is the biggest set counter, so who cares o.o but if you do have a move suggestion I'm all ears. The EVs are just to split the offenses, with max Speed EVs bcz Sanic. Seriously though, Ebelt Victini is such an underrated threat. It has ridiculously few safe switchins. Such great SE coverage. I wish people used it more. It threatens so many builds.

SSTandard SpecsDEooo set, tbh. Nothing innovated here. Most people only run HP Electric on Choice Scarf, but I don't appreciate letting Azumarill come in for free, because the team is very weak to it. In fact, this is one of my Keldeo checks, that is how weak I am to it lol. I really just love Specs Keldeo because it has just about 0 safe switch-ins. Sure, there's stuff like Celebi, but it takes 30-40% from a hydro, its not coming in repeatedly. Same goes for every other check besides like CM Slowking. It may not be meme, but hey, sometimes even I stoop so low as to use a standard set.

Gotta love this guy. In team preview, people always assume this is Mega Zam (insert Zamrock meme here), because Mega Latios isn't really a thing, and sashakazam is really meh. Unless you are me of course! As a bluff it works great. Checks any setup sweeper, and with amazing coverage and power can usually reliably RKO (revenge KO) them. Thunder Wave is for dealing with DDers, and for dealing with whatever Zam can't KO (allowing a teammate to deal with them). It also has a really high IQ and helps me with my math homework, its a great utility mon.

Definitely the weak point of the team. This Pokemon was only able to perform well in a limited amount of the games, and was often just sacking fodder. Tbh it could be replaced with a Keldeo check, maybe Toxicroak? SR because having emergency SR if I see like Volcarona or some shit in team preview is nice, Stone Edge for stuff like that and Talonflame. Knock Off is Knock Off, and Pursuit because Pursuit trapping is fun! Really though, this thing is so bad. Setup bait, hazard removing bait, etc. This is the only Pokemon with 5 sprites for a reason! For people suggesting things for the team, this is the Pokemon to replace.
Kyurem-Black @ Choice Band
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Fusion Bolt
- Toxic
- Iron Head
Bada boom bada bing. You would not believe how stupidly good this is. It threatens to 2HKO a fair number of resists with Outrage. Fusion Bolt and Iron Head are good for like Skarmory, Azumarill, more fairies in general but really Outrage is a great option most of the time. Toxic is for stupidly fat stuff or for like Wobb. And you can often successfully bluff Choice Scarf, which is excellent. Having a Dragon that isn't my wincon is great for absorbing things like +4 Azu AJ's and stuff like that.
Latios @ Latiosite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

- Outrage
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Earthquake
I honestly don't get why this is so unviable. It isn't worn down by Life Orb. It takes Knock Off wayy better. It does get slightly better bulk. It is still stupid powerful, to the point that it OHKO's full bulk Lando-T at +1 with Outrage. This thing is actually so great. The best part? It gets sooo many setup opps. I haven't met an opponent yet who hasn't predicted special and switched into something to check Psychock/Draco, only to be swept. Hidden Power Fire is where the layered lures come in. People see me drop a DD, so the obvious reaction is that Scizor walls me, right? WRONG MOTHERFUCKER! This has bopped so many Scizors its uncanny, which is excellent because Scizor is one of the biggest threats to the team. If it wasn't lured in, it would be a big problem. The EVs are just for the maximum power posssible (without +atk you miss out on a lot such as the ohko on lando-t). HP Fire doesn't need much because Scizor drops anyways.

Overall this team is excellent. I know it looks like a meme, but there are results. Here are some replays against actual good OU players that showcase this teams effectiveness. You can't dispute facts, despite people's views on viability of sets, and this makes a big statement about "standard" sets. I know they are all from the past couple days, but I didn't save any replays previously and I have only dropped 1 game with this team ever.
