Looking For some advice...

All advice accepted please! I'm having some trouble with this team and would like advice.

Ampharos @ Leftovers, Modest Nature Ability: Static
EVs: 252HP, 80SpA, 176SpD
Focus Blast, Discharge, Heal Bell, Hidden Power (Ice)
Just the Specially defensive tank set. I've been thinking of Magnet Rise or something because I'm always getting killed by Earthquake.

Sandslash @ Leftovers, Careful Nature Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252HP, 4Atk, 252Def
Earthquake, Rapid Spin, Stone Edge, Swords Dance
Kinda a gimmick set mostly. Fakes being a lead, then sets up and KO's the opposing lead to give it a chance to rapid spin.

Poliwrath @ Leftovers, Adamant Nature Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252HP, 252Atk, 4SDef
Waterfall, Substitute, Ice Punch, Focus Punch
Subpunches. Works surprisingly well, but he'd do better if I had rain support. Then he could run Swift Swim. Apparently Ampharos can run a rain dance set but I don't know how to make an effective one.

Mismagius @ Life Orb, Timid Nature Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4HP, 252SAtk, 252Spe
Taunt, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power (Fighting)
Spinblocker. Switches into predicted Rapid Spins and Taunts, then sets up on them with Nasty Plot. I don't know about HP (Fighting), it doesn't seem overly useful for this role. Maybe Energy Ball would be better?

Hitmonlee @ Life Orb, Jolly Nature Ability: Limber
EVs: 4HP, 252Atk, 252Spe
High Jump Kick, Sucker Punch, Stone Edge, Mach Punch
Does stuff. I dunno. I might choice scarf him to use as a revenge killer.

Deoxys-D @ Leftovers, Impish Nature Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252HP, 12Def, 244SDef
Recover, Stealth Rocks, Seismic Toss, Taunt
I really don't like this guy. He screws me over all the time. He's a decent wall but really isn't great at all. Maybe it's just the way I'm using him. I'll actually switch out Taunt for Toxic right now.

you might want to expand your descriptions a bit more

but while we are here,

Ampharos: arguably chansey or clefable does cleric better but i guess amphy has his uses

Sandslash: not sure why are you dicking around with a +SpD nature and 0 investment in it

Poliwrath: no comment

Mismagius: no comment either

Hitmonlee: limber sucks use reckless so that hi jump kick is boosted

Deoxys-D: no comment
 
I would rather use Substitute over Taunt for Mismagius as most Milotic carry Dragon Tail over Haze (which is dumb but a good thing) so they can't phase you and won't break your sub with just one D-Tail. Not to mention that its annoying getting statused while setting up. Remove LO and use Leftovers for longevity, after a nasty plot or two you'd be surprised how many Pokemon get OHKO'ed by Shadow Ball + T-Bolt. Oh and yeah remove HP Fighting for T-bolt as HP Fighting is notably for Chansey and Registeel, both whom get wrecked by your other team members. Shadow Ball does great damage on everything else that t-bolt cannot get.

Donphan over Sandslash, trust me with Sturdy + better defenses and better Attack in addition to priority in Ice Shard which saves me so many times, Donphan makes the better choice.

You need to expand your descriptions. PM me the changes and I'll unlock this. Some of your Pokemon and movesets are somewhat outclassed in UU, so you might want to lurk in the forum more and test out your teams on the PO server before posting an RMT. Thanks
