Buy yourself a real AR, get some codes off the internet, and use them. From what I've heard, it's not hard to use at all.

Oh My! an action replay is only 20 dollars (I don't know how much a Pokesav thingy would cost though) just go out to wal-mart, or gamestop, or something!

Well, it's like people said. It's way better for you buying yourself an AR for $20, saving the other $130 and downloading Pokésav.
Just don't trade them as legit.
