Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aromatherapy
- Soft-Boiled
- Moonblast
- Flamethrower

I chose this moveset because moonblast could help with darks types and flamethrower to 1-2 ohko steel types. Soft boiled definitely helps with stall and recovering. Aromatherapy helps with toxic on rotom, and burn on tyranitar.
252 Atk Excadrill Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 232+ Def Clefable: 240-284 (60.9 - 72%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Giga Drain
- Quiver Dance

Heavy Duty Boots help with hazards like toxic spikes, spikes, stealth rocks. Flame body helps with physical sweepers and might help set up with a quiver dance. Bug buzz helps with slowbro. Fiery dance helps with getting a special attack boost that might help defeat potential hazards like rillaboom.
252 SpA Volcarona Bug Buzz vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Slowbro: 362-428 (91.8 - 108.6%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
252 SpA Volcarona Giga Drain vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Slowbro: 204-240 (51.7 - 60.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Toxic
- Protect

I did not make Ferrothorn a hazard setter because i have defog and would ruin 1-4 turns of setting up. I put leech seed to heal and toxic to help destroy the enemy and with protect you could heal and do damage if you were able to set up.
Hazards
0 SpA Volcarona Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 8 SpD Ferrothorn: 436-520 (123.8 - 147.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Spore
- Synthesis

Sludge bomb and giga drain help destroy tapu fini, ushifu-rapid-strike, barakasta. Spore helps with putting them asleep to heal set up or just do damage. Synthesis helps with healing if this is the last pokemon or it will not survive after the regenerator ability.
Hazards

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Stealth Rock

Stone Edge deals with flying types like moltres and hazards like volcarona. I put stealth rocks for hazards and roar to do damage to the opposing team. Runs very good with chople berry 252+ Atk Choice Band Barraskewda Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 240+ Def Chople Berry Tyranitar: 282-332 (69.8 - 82.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 8 SpA / 248 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Defog
- Will-O-Wisp

The 248 Speed evs lets it outspeed a jolly rillaboom i know it might be useless but if it is banded it definitely could help if it could hit burn.
Hazards
252+ Atk Choice Band Rillaboom Grassy Glide vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Rotom-Wash in Grassy Terrain: 450-530 (148 - 174.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

I think this team is quite cool, don't see a ton of Rotom usually and it has a decent defensive core, there's just some set changes that I'd recommend as well as changing 1 mon to help fit the build better.

Major Changes:
:amoonguss: --> :excadrill:
Amoonguss kind of doubles up on roles as a bulky Grass-type with Ferrothorn, and since Tyranitar is already on the team I figured Excadrill was the best fit here. It provides Rapid Spin support which frees up Defog on Rotom-W, a change I'll suggest later. Standard sand sweeper/support here, solid mon with Tyranitar. The team is also quite weak to Heatran barring Tyranitar and rotom which don't have the best reovery, so this at least offensively pressures it instead of having another mon that hard loses to it.
Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance
- Rapid Spin
Minor Changes:
:clefable:
Aromatheraphy --> Calm Mind
Flamethrower --> Thunderbolt
Small ev spread change

Running both Aromatherapy and 2 attacks on Clefable that aren't Knock Off is generally hard since it's blending both offensive and support sets, so I think going more offensive overall is the play. The team also struggles to break Toxapex, so I thought Calm Mind + Thunderbolt would be one of the better ways to bait that in and this set can actually hit Heatran as well. Unless there's a specific calc for it the 24 sp.def doesn't really matter, so just moved that to phys.def.
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Soft-Boiled
- Moonblast
- Thunderbolt
:ferrothorn:
Gyro Ball --> Power Whip
Toxic --> Spikes
Protect --> Knock Off

This is just changing it to the standard set in the strategy dex with the first moves slashed, since I think they provide more utility. I think Spikes is really important when relying on Excadrill as the hazard control since it forces the opponent to Defog more often, and Spikes is just a super good move overall. Power Whip helps the Tapu Fini mu a lot as well as generally against Water-types and since Tyranitar can cover Kyurem decently I think it's fine to remove. Knock Off is just a good move overall too, generally more useful than Protect imo.
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Knock Off
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
:tyranitar:
Phys.def --> Sp.def
Stone Edge --> Rock Blast
Roar --> Toxic / Rest
This change helps the Kyurem MU quite a bit while just generally complimenting Ferrothorn and Clefable already being physically defensive walls. Rock Blast helps against Pressure users like Kyurem who also commonly uses Substitute, and Toxic is usually in place of Roar but if you want extra insurance against Kyurem and things like Dragapult I'll leave Rest as optional.
Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 216 SpD / 40 Spe
Careful Nature
- Rock Blast
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic / Rest
- Earthquake
:rotom-wash:
Defog --> Pain Split
With Excadrill for Rapid Spin and your own hazard spam I think forgoing Defog is fine, and running this provides Rotom-W with a lot more longevity overall. I'd usually recommend changing the ev spread to the standard one but since the team is fairly weak to Nidoking I think the spread is fine, you just need to pivot well between Rotom and Tyranitar while keeping Rotom healthy with Pain Split.

Updated RMT (pokepast.es)
Here's the updated team with the changes, I hope it works and can help push you towards your goal! The biggest problem match up definitely looks like Nidoking but the team now has a stronger offensive presence so hopefully it can do more overall.
