SV Ubers Looking to take this team into overdive and taking suggestions

Hey! Below is the lineup of the (what I think is) hyperoffense team I've been running in SV ubers and have been having decent success with in comparison to my other garbage team. Any advice on moves to change, etc. is appreciated.

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Water Spout
- Ice Beam
- Thunder
- Blizzard

I use Kyogre as a special sweeper and/or wallbreaker given its ability to hit thunder for competing kyogres, water Spout for general sweeping, blizzard for the rare dragonite with multiscale, and ice beam for other dragon types where accuracy is prioritized. Unsure if I should replace blizzard in general.

Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Core
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Defog
- Poltergeist
- Dragon Tail
- Stone Edge

I should probably change nature and give it will-o-wisp, right? Other than that, giratina is my one bulky player meant to remove entry hazards to improve longevity and ensure scarf users benefit from their scarves with defog.

Flutter Mane @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Mystical Fire
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder
- Moonblast

Ghost go fast, ghost go boom. Mystical fire is good surprise coverage against Steel types that have been previously weakened, and this mon is *typically* used as a revenge killer for mons that deoxys loses to.

Annihilape @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Defiant
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 240 HP / 252 SpD / 16 Spe
Careful Nature
- U-turn
- Rage Fist
- Bulk Up
- Rest

I lied, there is another bulky teammember. I might replace it, I'm just unsure with what as it has its niche uses as a pivot and sweeper/anchor.

Deoxys-Attack @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Psycho Boost
- Superpower
- Knock Off
- Dark Pulse

My lead. Tera psychic to send psycho boost into overdrive, dark pulse and knock off for coverage and switch reads, superpower for further coverage.

Arceus @ Silk Scarf
Ability: Multitude
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Shadow Claw
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake

The classic extremekiller build and perhaps the ultimate revenge killer if given the chance to set up. Tera type is normal to give espeed even more damage, but I wonder if tera ghost would be better.

Please keep in mind I hit 1400 with this team before changing to a different, worse team due to hubris, so I *think* that this team doesn't need a significant overhaul. Any pointers are still very appreciated.

To start I recommend using the Strategy Pokedex when making your sets as a baseline, it allows you to see what the best sets are (out of context of your team) so you can adapt them to fitting your squad.

First example, you do not want an even HP number in most cases, so Kyogres last 4 EVs should be put in Def or SpDef instead of HP. Also Blizzard makes no sense on this set, you want a Water move that you can click incase you are low on HP and Water Spout is not working, I'd throw Origin Pulse or Surf over Blizzard.

Again for Giratina-O use the sample EV Spread on the Strategy Pokedex instead of the one you have made, I think the moveset is fine as you really struggle with Ho-Oh. Maybe even tweak the speed stat so you can outrun some faster Ho-ohs and smack them before they can move.

Giratina-Origin @ Griseous Core
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 104 Atk / 112 Def / 44 Spe
Tera Type: Steel
Adamant Nature
- Poltergeist
- Dragon Tail
- Stone Edge
- Defog

I think the Flutter Mane set is pretty cool, not sure if Power Gem over Thunder might help against Ho-Oh which beats 5/6 members of the team without it, again move the 4 EVs into a defense stat, and if you swap to a Koraidon over Annihilape you might be able to swap the item because you'll have a Sun Speed boost.

Annihilape is unviable. I would change it to either an Arceus Ghost or Koraidon. Arceus Ghost if you want to keep double ghosts but Koraidon might provide more utility as the sun would allow your Flutter Mane to become a different held item (like life orb, expert belt or focus sash) as you could rely on the speed boost from the sun.

There is no reason to have two Dark Moves on Deoxys, Knock off has negative synergy with Giratina-O and if the plan is to have it as a lead, I would give it the focus sash over the life orb. Again directly from the Strategy Pokedex:

Deoxys-Attack @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Tera Type: Ghost
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball / Dark Pulse
- Spikes / Stealth Rock
- Icy Wind / Ice Beam
- Psycho Boost

E-Killer Arceus should have more bulk investment or fully lean into the speed with Jolly so you actually outspeed stuff. Again from the Strategy Pokedex:

Arceus @ Leftovers
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 248 HP / 204 Atk / 56 Spe
Tera Type: Fire
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Extreme Speed
- Shadow Claw
- Taunt

Arceus @ Life Orb
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Tera Type: Fire
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Extreme Speed
- Shadow Claw
- Earthquake
