SS OU Low Ladder Player, I need help improving

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Teleport
- Protect

I use both a clefable and a blissey on my team as blissey is a good tank against most pokemon and clefable is a good counter to many players as dragapult is a popular pick for a dragon type. I have it set up with wish just incase any of my other pokemon get into trouble, mainly my Ninjask as it has low damaging moves and very low health.

Xatu @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Teleport
- Night Shade
- Roost
- Future Sight

I know this is gonna sound kinda messed up but, I use this pokemon as a sacrifice. If I know a hit is coming that I can't take, I switch to this one as it has Night Shade and Future Sight. Future sight gives me the last laugh before Xatu get KO'd and roost is mainly for waiting while I set something up. I rarely use teleport but I do when I need to keep a Psychic type.

Blissey (F) @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Teleport
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave
- Soft-Boiled

Blissey is one of my tanks. 714 hp and Seismic Toss are often all I need to get started. Close Combat barely does half of its health, but it lacks damaging moves and it can only heal itself. It is a pretty solid tank, as it can normally buff out most attacks, and then I can switch to another pokemon to attack properly. The heavy boots are really useful because even though it has high health, it's health will stay full longer because i wont be damaged by spikes or any hazards.

Aegislash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Flash Cannon
- Shadow Sneak
- Close Combat

Aegislash is my secondary attacker, as it has two really good Ghost type moves and Close Combat so I can fight ghost types and normal types. Its a really good attacker against the other low ladder players I fight against because most of them have a blissey or a chansey and with choice specs, I do way more damage to them with close combat. All in all, its a good attacker.

Ninjask @ Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- U-turn
- Roost
- Toxic
- Bug Buzz

This is my speedster, I use this to set up with toxic, into a U-Turn, usually into my Aegislash. This is a really good starter and a great set maker as it is the fastest nonlegendary pokemon and with a 252 Spe EV, it gets the job done right and isn't outsped by anything. I should put better moves on it because it has low damaging bug type moves and only 1 status move

Goodra @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 200 HP / 252 SpA / 56 Spe
Modest Nature
- Flamethrower
- Sludge Bomb
- Draco Meteor
- Rock Slide

This is my main attacker. Its a tank Goodra with almost all bases covered. Flamethrower, Sludge Bomb, Draco Meteor and Rock Slide. The only thing I would dump with this would be Rock Slide as its not a super damaging move like Sludge Bomb or Draco Meteor but I don't know what I would replace it with. I mainly use this when its endgame but sometimes I set up with it

Hey there, I hope I can make some suggestions to help your team

The first thing that jumped out to me was the Ninjask and Goodra. I hate to say it but these Pokemon just aren't very effective in OU, and are often outclassed by other Pokemon available. I would instead replace both of these Pokemon with Dragapult. Dragapult is still a very fast Pokemon, and can U-turn just like Ninjask. While Dragapult may not be as bulky, it also outclasses Goodra as a Dragon and Special Attacker. Besides, you have Blissey to absorb any hits Goodra would anyway. This change also frees up a slot on your team, to help you address other weaknesses, and perform better on the ladder.

Now that's out of the way, I would add Hippowdon to your team. Hippowdon compliments the overall synergy of the team, and provides crucial Stealth Rock support to wear down opposing teams. Hippowdon also has the added benefit of checking Toxtricity, which could run through your current team if left unchecked.

Lastly, I would change Aegislash > Urshifu. If you choose to use Dragapult, you'll be left with 3 Ghost / Dark types weaknesses, so Urshifu could fix this typing problem. From your description, it sounds like you're looking for a powerful wallbreaker to blast through Blissey, which Urshifu performs incredibly well. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll find success with it.

Dragapult @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 68 Atk / 188 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Hex
- U-turn
- Dragon Darts
- Will-O-Wisp

Hippowdon @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Atk / 248 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic

Urshifu @ Choice Band
Ability: Unseen Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Wicked Blow
- Close Combat
- Iron Head
- U-turn

how do you set up with this?

Instead of ninjask use this:
Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- U-Turn
- Bullet Punch
- Dual Wingbeat
- Knock Off

While Ninjask is indeed fast, the popularity of stealth rocks and the loss of power to run aerial ace or dual wingbeat over one of its strongest moves, acrobatics, make it not so viable in the tier. Even with the hp investments, Ninjask will be up against a vast number priority moves in the tier (getting koed by a Rillaboom even) and it will have to face against common walls that can easily absorb bug buzz before healing up and giving a status condition.
As much as I love Goodra, it doesn't live very long. The lack of recovery cripples it so pretty much any neutral move can consistently chip away at it and rock slide isn't even guaranteed to KO offensive Volcarona (although I do see your point about a late game wall). Besides, I've personally seen a fluctuation of dragon dance dragapults on the ladder and dragon darts will still KO without boosts.
Overall, I suggest finding a decent check for toxapexs, corviknights, azumarills/crawdaunts, cinderaces, and especially urshifu as they can just click buttons when they are in (with even the defensive evs not saving blissey and xatu). Maybe a defensive mandibuzz, specs magnezone, or the shift gear toxtricity? Otherwise I completely agree with shooting starmie
Have a nice day :)
