Low Life
Introduction

Originally I made this team before the Mega Sableye to beat the metagame of Psyshic Water and Dark teams while having good matchups vs almost every other type. I prefer a more offensive take on teams even balanced teams. This team has been used in multiple Monotype tours on Smogon and has been very successful in these tours. Now onto the team.
Team building process

First I started with Taunt Mega Gyarados because of its ability to Taunt Mega Sableye, Skarmory, Chansey, and other set up sweepers and walls as well.

I then added Landorus-I because it breaks steel types which can give Mega Gyarados trouble as well as the amount of coverage options it has.

I then added the infamous Skarmory plus Zapdos core because of sheer amount of types they wall together as well as giving defog support to the team.

I then added Dragonite to make up for lack of priority and lack of having an immediate powerful physical attacker as well.

I then added Togekiss to serve as my Scarfer to patch up the speed issue on the team

On Landorus I decided to go with a all out attacker due to the amount of type coverage it has. Earth Power is main STAB which benefits from the sheer force plus life orb boost. Focus Blast is coverage move ensuring that no Steel Type is a safe switch in. Sludge Wave is there to threaten fairy types such Azumarill and Clefable which can be issues to this team. Last move is a toss up between Psyshic and Rock Slide. Psyshic can be used to make Landorus-I a designated poison type killer. Rock Slide can be used to check Charizard-Y and to destroy the flying type core with its coverage.

Skarmory is the main physical wall on the team. Iron Head is there to check Mega Diancie. Stealth Rocks are there to pressure my opponent and to force defogs and rapid spins as well. Roost is there to recover my HP to make Skarmory a more reliable physical wall. Whirlwind is there to phase out set up sweepers if they try to set up. The 8 speed EVS on Skarmory allow it to outspeed 164 speed Belly Drum Azumarill and the rare 168 speed Azumarill just in case.

Dragonite is pretty simple its the main physical attacker on the team. Choice Band allows it to have a ridiculously high attack stat without needing to run Dragon Dance. Outrage is main STAB and hits very hard. Extreme Speed is priority covering for lack of speed this team has. Earthquake is there to catch Heatrans mainly. Fire Punch is there to catch Grass types as well as other Skarmory on the switch in.

Zapdos is the main special wall on the team. Discharge is main STAB and is used for the chance to paralyze the foe. Toxic is used to stall out walls as well as opposing Zapdos. Roost is there to recover HP making it a more reliable special wall. Defog is there to remove Stealth Rocks from the field. The 16 Speed evs are there to outspeed max invested adamant base 70 speed Pokemon. 108 Speed can be ran to outspeed Jolly base 70's as an alternative option.

Mega Gyarados is the setup sweeper and a very good late game cleaner. Dragon Dance is used to raise Mega Gyarados' Speed and Attack simultaneously. Waterfall is very powerful STAB move with 20% chance to flinch. Crunch is there to beat the enormous amount of Psyshic teams found in Monotype. Taunt is there to prevent walls from recovering as well as making Mega Sableye useless. It laso has Intimidate before Mega Evolution which can help it set up on certain physical attackers with little to no issues.

Togkeiss is the glue to the team filling in the remaining holes I saw with the team. Air Slash is used to get lucky flinches as well as be a powerful STAB Move to turn to. Dazzling Gleam is secondary STAB move which is used to eliminate Dark types and certain fighting types that don't get OHKOed by Air Slash. Trick is used to cripple walls such as Porygon-2,Chansey etc. Fire Blast is coverage move to cover steel types that Togekiss' dual STAB does not take care off. Alternatively Heal Bell can be used to Heal Status from the Team allowing the team to be played recklessly.
Conclusion
646-black.png
Kyurem-B is very threatening to this team and Flying teams in general. Depending on the set it can be checked in different ways. Scarf is easier to check due to it not being as powerful as Life Orb. Mostly the gameplan vs Scarf Kyurem-B is Togekiss or Skarmory or Landorus depending on move it is locked into. Life Orb is eaiser to check due it not having the speed but can get more kills. Landorus-I's Focus Blast or Togekiss' Dazzling Gleam.

Yo Vid, I really like the team! (I actually have one extremely similar to it funny enough lol). I have a few suggestions that may make your team a lot better!

The 1st thing I'd recommend is, on Dragonite try running 80 HP and 176 Speed. The speed evs allow you to outspeed Adamant base 70 mons (i.e. Breloom and Bisharp), and it allows you to have a little more bulk in return.

Next I can pass you a really good Skarmory spread, that prevents it from getting 2KO'd from Mega Diancie (minus HP Fire variants), and usually allows it to take an HP Ice from most mons (i.e. Scarf Magnezone). See how 200 HP, 212 Def, and 96 Sp Def works out for ya.

You can also think about using Heatwave>Toxic on Zapdos. Without Zard Y you lack a bit of fire coverage, and in the case of having to switch to Landorus to handle Ferrothorn, its gonna get worn down by switching into hazards repeatedly. Zapdos can not only 2KO it, but you can Defog the hazards currently set, making your life a lot easier.

Lastly, I think your team would really benefit from Hazard Stack. This really helps pave the way for Gyarados and Togekiss to sweep teams. You can put Stealth Rock on Landorus over Psychic (that I don't see much of a need for compared to Sludge Wave, which can help sweep fairy, something Gyarados and Dragonite can't do a ton against). Then you could give Skarmory Spikes to finish the job!

I really like the thought put behind this team, and I hope I helped you out any! :)
