Its been a long time, but with the end of the generation upon us and lower tiers being skipped in another SPL, LTPL is returning. This time with Ubers being cut from Snake & SPL, it'll be joining the ranks with the other Lower Tiers for a 10 slot tour! Last time was a great tour, so hopefully we can repeat that success. That means the format will be

Currently the plan is to have 10 slots with either 6 or 8 managers depending on the amount of signups.

Due to the increase to 10 slots, all managers will have the option of signing up with an assistant manager, though it is not mandatory to have one. Due to having two managers for each team, I don't think having the option to buy managers would be fair, but once everyone has signed up if the teams agree that each team can buy one manager that would be fine.

At this point I expect everyone who signs up to know what roles a manager is expected to fill, so I will not go in depth on it. Team names will be decided after managers are chosen, so no need to pick a team from last ltpl during signups as there will be no retains or linkage to the prior edition. This also means that managers from last time may not be given priority when it comes to managing this year, as it will all depend on current activity levels and playerbase/metagame knowledge.

So with that, managers signups are now OPEN, and I implore anyone that even thinks they would have a small chance to apply, as you never know what could happen. I'm only going to leave manager signups open for a few days as I want to get this tour started asap, so don't hold back if you think you want to do it! And if you have any questions feel free to pm me on discord @shiloh#5676 as I will be the sole host this time as I don't plan to play or manage.

after talking it over with a few people, one of the ubers slots is going to be replaced with monotype. this is due to the fact mono/ubers are both in a similar spot right now in terms of tier representation, and both will also have ss tiers coming out a lot sooner than the others. feel free to reach out if you guys have any other questions, im already seeing some great manager duos!
 
already got a ton of solid manager signups, so im going to go ahead and close it now since the managers have been picked. the managers are going to be

player signups will probably be up around midnight gmt-7 tonight, along with a discord for easier contact with me and the managers. team names & logos will be decided by the time the tour starts!
