I know this sounds stupid and most likely won't be accepted, but I am requesting to decrease the amount of Power Points for certain moves like Moonlight and Substitute. Stallers are already hard enough to try to counter, but status moves like these proves how miserably effective having your opponent spend more than 20 minutes waiting to lose exactly is.

Invalid Lowering the amount of PP for certain moves

This will never happen. Move PP is based on what is possible on cartridge, and there won't be any changes to that implementation to counter stalling. You can complain to Game Freak if you want, not Showdown. Additionally, this is a duplicate of this suggestion, which was already rejected.
