Hello people, this is my first time posting a team on smogon so lets jump right into it
(sidenote): I dont really do calcs, I just battle and see what ev's to tweak if necessary, so for the most part I'm just presenting info from my experience with this team.
Lucario (Lucarionite)
Ability: Steadfast/Adaptability
Nature: Naive
EV's: ATK 100 SATK 156 Speed 252
MOVES:
Close Combat
Protect
Flash Cannon
Vacuum Wave
This thing destroys everything (rhetorical)! Shuts Mega kanga's down, soaks up WoW's and provides a way to deal with almost any threat. I opted not to put Dark Pulse or Psychic on it because I wanted some form of priority. I chose vacuum wave because its the only special priority move it has and i didn't want to completely nerf it from intimidates and WoW's.
Gengar (Focus Sash)
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EV's: HP 4 SATK 252 Speed 252
MOVES:
Destiny Bond
Protect
Sludge Bomb
Shadow Ball
My utility sweeper & perish-trap breaker. I usually use this to guide fake outs to Lucario and take out annoying sweepers. I run protect on it as a sort of d-bond "fake" for when she is on her last legs. (soooo many dead scraftys lol)
Hippowdon (Leftovers)
Ability: Sand Stream
Nature: Impsih
EV's: HP 248 ATK 12 DEF 248

Slack Off
My physical wall and weather setter. Soaks up physical attacks like a boss and destroys zard's & t-flames. It also takes SOME special hits too especially from aegislash. Wide Guard obviosly walls this but, i work around it. Slack Off is the BEST! SO CLUTCH!
Articuno (Safety Googles)
Ability: Pressure
Nature: Calm
EV's: HP 200 SATK 56 SDEF 200 SPD 52

YES PEOPLE! YES! (sheds a single tear) This thing is so clutch. It takes Rock Slides from garchomp, mamoswine and special t-tars LIKE A BOSS! Soaks up all special attacks and destroys azumarill, rotom-w, greninja, ludicolo, politoad, amoongus & even mega venusaur. I originally had chople berry on it but switched if for safety googles after getting destroyed by spore & sleep powder. I would elaborate on the ev's but that would be an extra paragraph so just ask lol.
Pyroar (Choice Specs)
Ability: Unnerve
Nature: Timid
EV's: HP 4 SATK 252 Speed 252
MOVES:
Will O Wisp
Fire Blast
Hyper Voice
Dark Pulse
I love this thing, possibly my favorite 6 gen poke. Absolutely destroys things PLUS its fast with a base 106 speed. I put WoW on it because he is hard walled by T-tar and to unexpectedly nerf EQ & Rock Slide users. SPECS HYPER VOICE OP!!!
Gyarados (Choice Scarf)
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
EV's: HP 180 ATK 252 Speed 76

Stone Edge
Thunder Wave
Taunt
2 choice mons?! Yes, I know but this thing has pulled me out of so so so many bad plays (on my part). I love soaking up status moves or getting a quick Taunt off on annoying mons aka pranksters. Speed and power with a good RS/Stone Edge survivability and the ever useful intimidate. I chose Stone Edge as a move just in case Hippowdon goes down i have a way to kill t-flames and zard-y's.
I would love your feedback on the team and any suggestions. Thanks in advance :)
