This set is an alternative to the meta special Lucario, it throws your opponent off due to the fact that they will be preparing for a SpAtk sweep. He go agianst SpDef walls such as Reinculus with this set. Be wary of Sweepers that can tank a hit such as Haxorus or Forretress. (Sorry for bad quality,its my first post)
