Lucario vs. Infernape

a) Better/cooler?

It really depends on what kind of teams they'd be in, they're not really all that similar besides Close Combat/other fighting moves. Infernape is faster/weaker, Lucario is the opposite. It comes down to which one is more effective/efficient combined with the rest of your team

These kind of comparisons are really pointless...while they are both sweepers, they do it in completely different ways.
