Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dazzling Gleam
- Thunderbolt
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
I chose Gengar for many reasons, it is a good special attacker to take down powerful pokemon, it can get switched into when the opponent is using a ground type move, and it has coverage over many types. [1] It is the only pokemon on the team with a fairy type move, so it can take down DD Dragonite and mega Gyarados. It also has scarf to attack first. [2] Thunderbolt can take down water types so that Chandelure won't die quick. Shadow ball to take out other ghost types and phsychic types. Sludge bomb so it can take out powerful grass types and fairy types. Dazzling gleam to take out powerful dragon, dark, and fighting pokemon. [3]

Sableye @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Impish Nature
- Recover
- Shadow Sneak
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp

Sableye is the staller pokemon on the team, it makes setter-uppers not be able to setup, and it can kill something that has low health with shadow sneak. [1] I can easily switch into it against a dark type, since everything else on the team is ghost. [2] Recover to gain its health back up after getting hit bye a powerful move. Shadow sneak to kill an enemy on low health. Taunt to make pokemon not be able to use status, stat changers, or set ups. Will-O-Wisp to burn an enemy and use recover for a stall until the opponent dies.

Golurk @ Leftovers
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Dynamic Punch
- Drain Punch
- Stealth Rock
- Zen Headbutt

Golurk is the setup pokemon on the team. It can also confuse pokemon with dynamic punch and gain health with drain punch. [1] I will always lead with Golurk or Sableye. But with Golurk, I can setup rock, then confuse the enemy, then use drain punch for health regen. Sometimes use zen headbutt if the enemy os weak to phsychic. [2] Dynamic punch helps a ton by always hitting because of no guard, so if the opponent switches out, i can still confuse for a while. Drain punch to regain my health after a strong hit. Stealth rock to break focus sash's. Then zen headbutt to easily kill fighting types. You could go with earthquake instead of zen headbutt, but i personally like zen headbutt much better on Golurk. [3]

Froslass @ Focus Sash
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Destiny Bond
- Ice Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic

Froslass can be a threat. With focus sash, I can switch into it get hit, and use destiny bond to take out tanks. It also outspeeds a lot of pokemon. [1] It can easily take out different types of tanks that aren't specially defensive. With ice beam to cover dragon and flying types, shadow ball to cover ghost and phsychic types, and psychic to take out fighting types. [2] Destiny bond can be used for a suicide lead, switch in, get hit, destiny bond, Froslass and opponent dead. Ice beam to take out DD Dragonite and to sometimes freeze an opponent. Shadow ball to take out mega Gardevoir or mega Banette. Psychic to take out most fighting types, and to take out mega Venosaur since Chandelure's flamethrower and Froslass' ice beam won't do much.

Chandelure @ Choice Specs
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Energy Ball
- Dark Pulse
- Flamethrower
- Psychic

I have swept many teams with just Chandelure. It is a SpA monster. With choice specs, it OHKO's many pokemon. [1] Chandelure can take out full water, rock, and ground teams with energy ball. It can take out full fighting teams with psychic. It can take out full bug, grass, and steel teams with flamethrower. With dark pulse it can take out full ghost and psychic teams. [2] Energy ball does well against stuff like Cloyster, Manaphy, Suicune, Slowbro, and even mega Aerodactyl. Dark pulse to take out powerful pokemon like Gengar, Slowbro, and Banette. Flamethrower to take out power houses like Agron, Skarmory, and Froslass. Psychic to take out mega Venosaur.

Mismagius @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hex
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Thunder Wave

Mismagius, it can be a staller just like sableye, but all it has to do is use thunder wave then hex. You can switch into it against ground type moves. [1] It can also be a suicide lead like Froslass by figuring out the opponents stratedgy. It can burn and paralize enemies. It can make them not setup too. [2] Hex is used after you burn or paralize an enemy for max damage, its best to paralize so you're faster. Will-O-Wisp to burn enemies to their death. Taunt so they can not setup. Thunder wave so you can paralize the enemy then use hex, you will be faster and do damage. [3]

Hey, interesting looking team. I have a few suggestions that you might like.

  • gengar.png
Max HP --> Max Spe, Choice Scarf --> Life Orb ; You should always run max Speed on Gengar, especially on a Choice Scarf set. It's Speed tier is fantastic so you definitely want to take advantage of that. Another thing you want to take advantage of is Gengar's coverage and wallbreaking capabilities with Life Orb, which is superior to Choice Scarf.
  • sableye.png
252 HP / 80 Def / 176 Spe --> 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD, Shadow Sneak --> Knock Off / Foul Play ; You have way too much Speed on your Sableye that's not necessary at all. Instead you should make it max Defense. You could go with Special Defense if you want since that can still check physical attackers thanks to Will-O-Wisp, but from personal experience, physically defensive works really well in dealing with threats such as Choice Band Excadrill which can still do a good amount of damage after burn.
  • golurk.png
Drain Punch --> Earthquake, Max HP --> Max Spe ; There's nothing Drain Punch does that's better than a STAB Earthquake, so I highly recommend running it. I also recommend running max Speed on Golurk since it is your Stealth Rock setter and you want to be as fast as possible so you can get them up. Adamant is the preferred nature which you're already running, since Jolly doesn't really outspeed anything else other than a Jolly Crawdaunt but most of them are Adamant.
  • froslass.png
    -->
    doublade.png
; Other than Golurk, you have no physical attacker on your team, and Golrurk barely counts since its main job is to get up Stealth Rock and it's so slow without a way to set up. Doublade on the other hand is a very solid setup sweeper with very solid physical bulk thanks to Eviolite. Froslass's main niche is the fact that it can get up Spikes and Taunt opposing leads since it's really fast, and since you're not using that set and have other special attackers, I highly recommend you make this change.
  • chandelure.png
Choice Specs --> Choice Scarf, Infiltrator --> Flash Fire ; By making Gengar Life Orb, you're now in need of a fast Pokemon and somewhat of a revenge killer in Chandelure which is excellent at fulfilling this role. Flash Fire is for being able to switch in on Mega Charizard Y which is an extremely big threat to Ghost-type teams.
  • mismagius.png
    -->
    jellicent.png
; That Mismagius set honestly doesn't do anything for your team that's that relevant. Jellicent on the other hand is an amazing Pokemon on Ghost-type teams because it has very high Special Defense and it counters Keldeo, another huge threat to Ghost-type teams. It can become difficult to take out thanks to its access to Scald which can burn the physical attackers that are usually supposed to check Jellicent, and Acid Armor which also makes it harder for physical attackers to take it out.
