Pros:
- Can Outspeed A lot of Things in the rain
- Boosted STAB Water moves such as Scald and Surf
- Can take one hit while holding focus sash

Cons:
- Non-STAB moves won't hit as hard
- Helioisk and other Dry Skin pokemon can wall it and regain health
- Pokemon such as Persian and Purugly that use Fake Out can break the sash

Swift Swim
Modest Nature
252 Spd
252 SpA
4 HP
- Surf/Scald
- Rain Dance
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power Ground

Surf can be used for extra STAB and Rain bonuses with more power
Scald can be used over Surf to try for a burn on physical attackers
Ice Beam is used for coverage against grass types
Hidden Power Ground can hit electric types super effectivly
Swift Swim can help Lumineon outspeed almost anything in the tier after rain is up
Focus sash guarentees you getting the rain up
