Not only is Lurantis one of the few Pokemon with access to Defog, but it also has solid bulk, reliable recovery, and a typing that fares well into many top threats like Bruxish, Eelektross, and Sandaconda. Contrary + Leaf Storm lets Lurantis accrue boosts very quickly, and Tera Blast can patch up any holes in its coverage; Tera Electric hits Flying-types like Drifblim and Oricorio, and Tera Fire hits Steel-types like Perrserker and Tera Steel Eelektross. Pollen Puff is an option to hit Grass-types like Appletun and Lurantis without relying on Terastallization. Lurantis is hampered by its weaknesses to U-turn and Poison-types like Muk and Toxicroak, making physical walls like Sandaconda and Drifblim great teammates. Lurantis also works excellently with entry hazard setters, as Contrary can punish Defog. Special walls like Chansey, Bombirdier, and Muk can take consecutive boosted Leaf Storms, so powerful physical attackers like Passimian and Bruxish pair well with Lurantis. 48 Speed EVs let it Chansey and Muk, giving Lurantis an edge against them should they be weakened.

Not only is Lurantis one of the few Pokemon with access to Defog, it has solid bulk and a typing that fares well into many top-tier threats like Bruxish, Eelektross, and Sandaconda, along with having reliable recovery in Synthesis. Contrary + Leaf Storm means Lurantis' passive facade cannot be ignored, and Tera Blast can patch up any holes in its coverage, with Tera Electric hitting Flying-types like Drifblim and Oricorio, and Tera Fire hitting Steel- and Grass-types like Perrserker and opposing Lurantis respectively, although Pollen Puff can be considered as an option to hit Grass-types without relying on Tera. (not necessarily a run on, but this sentence is a bit long. Could maybe split off the part about pollen puff into a separate sentence + add an appletun mention as a grass type not weak to fire but weak to pollen puff) Lurantis is hampered by its weakness to U-turn and Poison-types like Muk and Toxicroak, making physical walls like Sandaconda and Drifblim great teammates. Lurantis also works excellently with entry hazard setters, as Contrary can punish opposing Defog and Lurantis can use its own Defog to reset the field if needed. (feels like unnecessary info here especially since you mentioned lurantis has defog earlier) Special walls like Chansey, Bombirdier, and Muk (not sure bomb qualifies as a special wall) can take consecutive boosted Leaf Storms, so powerful physical attackers like Passimian and Bruxish pair well with Lurantis. 48 Speed evs outpaces Chansey and Muk, allowing Lurantis to have an edge against them should they be weakened.

Not only is Lurantis one of the few Pokemon with access to Defog, but it also ("not only/but also" should be paired or cut both) has solid bulk, (AC) reliable recovery, and a typing that fares well into many top-tier threats, (AC) like Bruxish, Eelektross, and Sandaconda, along with having reliable recovery in Synthesis. (moved + stating what Synthesis does is kinda dex info) Contrary + Leaf Storm means Lurantis's passive facade cannot be ignored, (i recommend rephrasing this, hard to parse the idea for newbies - DM me if unsure what to do) and Tera Blast can patch up any holes in its coverage,; (add semicolon, remove comma) with Tera Electric hitting hits Flying-types like Drifblim and Oricorio (add forme letter to the end), and Tera Fire hits Steel-types like Perrserker and Tera Steel Eelektross. Pollen Puff can be considered as is an option to hit Grass-types like Appletun and opposing Lurantis without relying on Terastallization. Lurantis is hampered by its weaknesses to U-turn and Poison-types like Muk and Toxicroak, making physical walls like Sandaconda and Drifblim great teammates. Lurantis also works excellently with entry hazard setters, as Contrary can punish opposing Defog. Special walls like Chansey, Bombirdier, and Muk can take consecutive boosted Leaf Storms, so powerful physical attackers like Passimian and Bruxish pair well with Lurantis. 48 Speed evs EVs let it outpaces Chansey and Muk, allowing giving Lurantis to have an edge against them should they be weakened.
