"Lure switches and punish"

Team at a glance:

That's what I like to do. Lure switches and punish. All of my pokemon have an appropriate switch to their opposed counters. I haven't made this team yet but please tell me if theres anything wrong with it before I do.

-------

1forretress.png

Forretress
@Leftovers / Shed Shell
Relaxed / Sturdy
252 HP / 162 Atk / 96 Def
-Stealth Rock
-Rapid Spin
-Gyro Ball
-Explosion

My lead. I picked him for laying rocks, spinning, and exploding. I can decide on Leftovers or a Shed Shell though. My other option was Hitmontop but Forretress lures fire attacks and that works better for me.

1heatran.png

Heatran
@Choice Scarf
Modest / 20 HP / 252 SpA / 236 Spe
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power Ice
-Explosion

Heatran. He is always switching in due to fire and ice resistance and that helps EVERYONE. I chose the scarf because Dugtrio is a little bitch.

1tangrowth.png

Tangrowth
@Leftovers
Impish /
252 HP / 228 Def / 28 Spe
-Power Whip
-Knock Off
-Leech Seed
-Sleep Powder

Works great with Heatran and cripples enemies. Messes up walls and sweepers dependent on items and bitch slaps Starmie who gets in my way.

-------

1zapdos.png

Zapados
@Leftovers
Calm / Pressure
252 HP / 220 SpD / 36 Spe
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Discharge
-Hidden Power Ice

I couldn't decide on this set or the sub/roost set. Either one works but this one absorbs status better. Zapados also works good with the 2 pokemon above him. They create a defensive trio that is difficult to pierce.

-------

1weavile.png

Weaville
@Life Orb
Jolly / Pressure
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-Swords Dance
-Ice Shard
-Night Slash
-Brick Break

My favorite pokemon and my late-game sweeper. He needs Forretress's Rapid Spin to get rid of spikes that rob him of his full potential. I was thinking of Pursuit for getting rid of Starmie, Gengar, and others before they switch but it's hard to decide.

-------
1garchomp.png

Garchomp
@Yache Berry
Jolly / Sand Veil
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Outrage
-Fire Fang

Everyone has one of these because they work! It doesn't need much help to set up and sweep. My other choices were Dragonite or MixMence.

So there's my team if I decide I should make it. Any criticism?

focus sash on weavile is not that reliable if it is not your lead because of if the opponent has sandstorm, stealth rocks, spikes, or toxic spikes the sash pretty much becomnes useless. i would go with life orb or expert belt. you could even make it choiced. relying on forretress is not good. I am not fine with tangrowth on your team. I feel like you should put a better wall like Gliscor there or something. On forretress, shed shell would help but then with out any wish support, I would go with leftovers. just watch out for magnezone.

For weaviles Ev's theres no evident reason to be throwin hitpoitns over attack when you have a focus sash anyways, which i would remove for a life orb perhaps.

Weavile shouldn't need Sash because either weavile will force the opponent to switch or it will have the opprotunity to either setup on or kill whoever it is out against. You wont be setting up on a Weavile counter. LO is probably your best option. Heatran probably should be specsed instead of scarfed, unless you fear other heatrans, because he dosen't help at all against other scarfed pokemon and it allows a mispredicted attack to get you into some trouble. However, the specs will cause fire blast to put a huge dent into any pokemon trying to get in, including Blissey who is 3hko by Fire Blast. Your team looks vulnerable to any mispredicted scarf user. Scarfed Gengar can take out half your team easily and Garchomp with Scarf can put huge dents and KOs into almost all your pokes.
