Lustful Sweep [An OU RMT]

Today I was tired of laddering with the same teams over and over so I decided to try out something new. First things first; originally I began to create this team around FatMence but later changed it to Bulky DD Mence. I've tried FatMence before and for me, it just doesn't seem to work when I need it to (or perhaps I'm just not a very good team builder). Well anyways, I centered this team around Bulky DD Mence.
Looking for things that give Mence a problem, I began to toss in Pokemon that counter his counters. Latias and Gengar where two possible main threats, so I figured some sort of Tyranitar would help. At the time, I decided to use Bait Tar to bluff off Scizor as well, though shortly I figured Bulky Mence takes care of it pretty nicely. I switched the Tyranitar's item to scarf so it could trap said main threats easily (getting hit by a Focus Blast/GrassKnot/Surf attack isn't good, right?)
So I had both Tyranitar and Salamence at this point and noticed Machamp, Metagross, and Jirachi will pretty much cause trouble. To solve this issue I decided to run SubW-o-W Rotom, which wasn't such a bad choice. Not only does it help me absorb explosions, but it cripples and counters the Pokemon I just mentioned and the extremely troublesome Lucario (adamant variants). Now with those three Pokemon already stamped into my team, I had to find out what the rest should be.
Jirachi and Scizor, two Pokemon that always seem to come to mind when I think of Salamence. This time around, I wanted to make Scizor a bit more bulkier so that it could switch into special attacks more easily. For Jirachi, I decided to toss it in with the same set I previously used in my last RMT. It seemed like it did a nice job supporting the team, while still holding it's own. The last Pokemon was a bit difficult to throw in because it had to be a lead. As much as I like Swampert, I honestly don't like it leading with Azelfs and various exploders lurking around. Yes I have Rotom and Tyranitar to take those blows, but one false prediction can cost me. However, even with my doubts on this idea, I decided to give it a shot. So far it hasn't failed me yet.
So without further ado, here's my team at a glance:

Weakness/Resistant/Immunity Chart:

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
---
MixPert makes its appearance here as... MixPert! This Swampert is pretty standard as you can see. Ice Beam covers dragons like Salamence and Dragonite who can give me some issues if they were to set up. Earthquake takes care of steels and Tyranitar, besides it being an overall great STAB move. Stealth Rock let's me do some residual damage and Roar lets me deal with lead Ninjasks and boosters. Everything here you should already know.

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Roost
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
---
Ahh, the main boss of this show. Salamence is one threat that absolutely destroys things in half when played correctly, regardless the set it's using. Though here, it makes it's appearance with some physical bulk. Dragon Dance is here to obviously stat up and attempt a sweep. Roost keeps me healthy and also helps me set up on Scizors quite easily. Dragon Claw and Earthquake gives me two main ways of attack. I chose not to use Outrage since the last thing I want to be is setup fodder for a Metagross or Scizor. Even with the slight power drop, Dragon Claw finishes up pretty nicely with a few Dragon Dances under its belt.

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Wish
- Calm Mind
---
Wish + Calm Mind + a very bulky spread. This Jirachi is not only a great stand-alone sweeper, but also a nice aid for the team. Thunderbolt lets Jirachi fend off Skamory who are common Jirachi switch-ins. Flash Cannon is just a reliable STAB attack that has a chance of lowering the foe's SpDef by 20%. Now, the reason I chose Flash Cannon over Psychic was to keep Tyranitar from setting up. I know, I know, I have Swampert to take care of Tyranitar, but let's face it, its not always going to be availble to counter. And to be honest, it's always nice to have 2 ways to take care of things, if anything.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 160 HP/176 Atk/4 Spd/168 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Pursuit
---
CB Scizor with some extra special bulk. The reason I did this was to help it switch into un-STAB'd Surfs, Thunderbolts, and even STAB'd Draco Meteors from Scarf Latias. Even though it was my intention to just focus on switching into Latias, it does an excellent job against Starmies and other special attackers as well. The moveset is pretty simple/standard as you can see. Bullet Punch picks off weakened Pokemon. U-turn stings Latias and Starmie hard if they choose to stay in and also lets me scout any Scizor switch-ins. Superpower sends Heatran switch-ins and Blissey to oblivion. Pursuit hits Latias and other frail Pursuit weaks on their way out.

Rotom-c @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 128 HP/212 Spd/168 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Will-o-wisp
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
---
This guy is amazing. I'm just going to go straight to my decision with the moveset. Thunderbolt was used over Charge Beam strictly because I hate the 70% boost that never happens for me. Not only that, but Thunderbolt lands and astonishing 2hko against 252/0 Suicunes and standard Togekisses (SR included). W-o-W cripples and neutralizes physical sweepers (more specifically Dragon Dancers). Substitute gives this Rotom an easy escape from Pursuit or a safe W-o-W cast and also lets me absorb status ailments. Shadow Ball is a reliable STAB attack that let's me deal off against Gliscors and other ground types that serve a problem to Jirachi and Tyranitar.

Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Superpower
- Pursuit
- Crunch
- Flamethrower
---
Scarf Tyranitar is not as unorthodox as a few months ago. Recently, its been used quite often along with Bait Tar to take care of those hard hitting special threats. Oddly enough though, you'll see a Scarf Tar with different movesets each time around to fight off different Pokemon. This Tyranitar is no different. Superpower covers enemy Tyranitars, steel types, Blissey, and Snorlax. Pursuit keeps Gengar in check if it chooses to switch (with the possibility of OHKO'ing if they don't). Crunch guarantees the OHKO against Gengar and other frail Psychics + Ghost types if they actually do stay in. Flamethrower is here solely because of Skamory. As much as I would like to have Stone Edge here, Flamethrower is a must to finish off those flying razor blades that give Salamence lethal paper cuts.
