While it faces competition from fellow wallbreaker Terrakion, Lycanroc-D is one of the best wallbreakers in the tier due to its better Speed tier over Cobalion, Keldeo, and Terrakion, its fantastic base 117 Attack, and powerful Tough Claws-boosted coverage. Its access to Crunch and Close Combat provides Lycanroc-D with perfect coverage that, with a Life Orb, can create a powerful all-out attacking set that applies heavy pressure to many defensive cores in the tier. For example, Crunch allows Lycanroc-D to hit targets such as Slowking, Slowbro, and Doublade, while Close Combat lets Lycanroc-D hit Cobalion, Keldeo, and Terrakion hard. Lycanroc-D also has access to a limited, powerful priority option in Accelerock, enabling it to target common Choice Scarf users and faster threats such as Darmanitan, Talonflame, and Noivern that could potentially revenge kill Lycanroc-D otherwise. Additionally, Accelerock gives Lycanroc-D a fully accurate Rock-type move to hit the aforementioned threats and Scyther. Stone Edge gives Lycanroc-D the ability to apply pressure to Fairy-types such as Galarian Weezing and Sylveon. Sucker Punch also has use for its ability to both lure and prevent revenge killing from Starmie. Alternatively, Lycanroc-D can run Psychic Fangs to apply more direct pressure against Keldeo, Galarian Weezing, and Tentacruel.

Pivots such as Noivern, Slowking, and Rotom-W can help mitigate Lycanroc-D's pitiful bulk by providing it safe opportunities with U-turn, Teleport, and Volt Switch, respectively, to come in against targets like Slowking and Celebi. Furthermore, they can help to check some of its revenge killers like Starmie and Choice Scarf Mienshao. Specifically, Slowking has great offensive utility in the form of Future Sight, which puts heavy pressure against common Lycanroc-D checks like Galarian Weezing, whereas Noivern and Rotom-W provide Lycanroc-D with Defog support to ease switching in even further. Rotom-C is also a good teammate that can help pressure checks to Lycanroc-D such as Colbur Berry Palossand and Slowbro. Starmie forms a powerful offensive core with Lycanroc-D, as it exploits Lycanroc-D answers like Galarian Weezing and Palossand for wallbreaking opportunities, while Lycanroc-D threatens checks to Starmie like Celebi and Slowking. Lycanroc-D appreciates entry hazards as well to wear down its targets, making Spikes setters like Roserade good partners. Roserade specifically can apply offensive utility through Stun Spore and Sleep Powder, crippling switch-ins like Cobalion and Doublade. Cobalion is also a good option, since it can set Stealth Rock to passively aid Lycanroc-D in wallbreaking while applying pressure to Sylveon and Galarian Weezing and gaining Volt Switch momentum for Lycanroc-D against targets like Slowking. Galarian Weezing is also a solid partner that can provide Defog and Toxic Spikes support while checking Chople Berry Krookodile and Choice Scarf Mienshao.

[SET COMMENTS]

Swords Dance Lycanroc-D is dedicated to thoroughly dismantling its opponent's team, using a Swords Dance boost to blow past would-be checks. With a boost, it lacks effective counterplay outside of Accelerock-resistant Choice Scarf users like Mienshao and Krookodile, Colbur Berry Palossand and Slowbro, and defensive Galarian Weezing. However, the user is forced to choose between Close Combat or Stone Edge due to the loss of an extra moveslot. Close Combat is generally preferred over Stone Edge, as it is capable of mowing down most of the tier with the added coverage of Crunch. Although, on the other hand, Stone Edge has useful attributes, such as the ability to pressure Fairy-types that can handle its other options like Galarian Weezing and Sylveon at the egregious cost of being unable to check prominent threats like Cobalion, Terrakion, and Keldeo.

Due to the aggressive nature of Swords Dance Lycanroc-D, it mandates the support of pivots able to grab momentum. Slowking is an incredible ally, as it has the ability to safely pivot with Teleport against its switch-ins like Obstagoon. Noivern is a great pivot as well that can switch into offensive Pokemon like Keldeo and Doublade and use U-turn against switch-ins like Slowking. Rotom-C is also a good partner that can pressure Colbur Berry Palossand and Slowbro for Lycanroc-D while bringing it in against Celebi and opposing Rotom-C using Volt Switch. Lycanroc-D operates even better with the passive aid of entry hazards and appreciates the utility of Stealth Rock and Spikes setters. Cobalion is a solid Stealth Rock setter that pressures Fairy-types and is capable of providing momentum through Volt Switch. Roserade can provide Spikes support while pressuring bulky Water-, Ground-, and Fairy-types with its dual STAB moves. Lastly, due to Lycanroc-D's frailty, it fits fantastically on dual screens teams with Grimmsnarl for its ability to provide it with more setup opportunities. On these types of teams, Flame Charge Incineroar and Polteageist appreciate Lycanroc-D's ability to apply pressure onto bulky Ground- and Water-types that trouble Incineroar such as Gastrodon and Seismitoad, as well as Dark-types that wall Polteageist like opposing Incineroar and Obstagoon.

While it faces competition from fellow wallbreaker Terrakion, it is one of the most explosive wallbreakers in the tier due to its fantastic base 117 Attack; prominent speed tier over Cobalion, Keldeo, and Terrakion; swap these two around so that the Speed is the first thing you mention and fantastic Tough Claws-boosted coverage. Access to Tough Claws-boosted Crunch and Close Combat provide Lycanroc-Dusk with nearly ubiquitous neutral coverage outside of Fairy-type Pokemon that, with a Life Orb, can create a powerful All-Out Attacking set that applies heavy pressure to many defensive cores in the tier. For example, this combination of moves is incredible at pressuring Pokemon such as Slowking, Jirachi, Cobalion, Incineroar, Cobalion, and Terrakion. Lycanroc-Dusk also has access to a limited, powerful priority option in Accelerock, enabling it to target common Choice Scarf users and faster threats, such as Darmanitan or Noivern, that are not only weak to it, but could potentially revenge kill Lycanroc-Dusk otherwise. you should also mention Talonflame here, and how it gives you a 100% accurate move to use against Scyther. Stone Edge is preferred as its last move, Idk how much i'd say its "preferred", more that its a case of being necessary on teams where Lycanroc needs to be able to pressure Hatterene and Weezing. as Lycanroc-Dusk can then apply pressure to Fairy-types such as Weezing-Galar and Hatterene, and avoid taking additional recoil from Skarmory's Rocky Helmet. However, Sucker Punch is optional for its ability to revenge Starmie or a chipped Choice Scarf Jirachi. Honestly while yes this is true, its true value is preventing them from revenge killing you, and somewhat the lure factor.

Mention Psychic Fangs as an option, which is best on teams that want Lycanroc-Dusk to be able to OHKO Keldeo, and pressure Weezing-Galar the hardest. Also your best option vs Tentacruel if you have it.

252 Atk Life Orb Tough Claws Lycanroc-Dusk Psychic Fangs vs. 252 HP / 212+ Def Weezing-Galar: 192-229 (57.4 - 68.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery
252 Atk Life Orb Lycanroc-Dusk Psychic Fangs vs. 252 HP / 212+ Def Weezing-Galar: 146-174 (43.7 - 52%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Black Sludge recovery (Gas Weezing)

Some of Lycanroc-Dusk's biggest struggles are its proneness to chip damage and its pitiful natural bulk. This means that switching it in safely is difficult, which make common pivots such as Noivern, Slowking, Rotom-W and Celebi idrk about this mention as i feel like you'd want to run non U-turn sets with Lycanroc solid options for their ability to effectively pivot into Lycanroc-Dusk, while providing important Fighting-type and Water-type resistances for it. This is good information but i'd like it to be more specific, talk about how Noivern/Rotom can bring Lycanroc in on targets like Slowking, Defensive Jirachi, Celebi, and Kyurem. Provide some more substance with your latter part about the resists too, you should focus on how they can check common revenge killers to Lycanroc like Starmie and Scarf Jirachi/Shao.

Also comment on Slowking providing Future Sight support, which allows you to really pressure your way through answers like Skarmory and Gas defensive Weezing.

Other good momentum providers come in the form of offensive Electric-types such as Toxtricity, Rotom-C, or Magneton Personally don't feel Magneton is worth running with Lycanroc-Dusk, its not hard to pressure Skarmory into 2HKO range on switch-in, (if it takes rocks once before then its got a good chance of just being 2hkoed as is next time) and you are better off just using teammates that naturally also pressure it so that it gets overwhelmed instead of wasting an entire teamslot for it. for their ability to apply pressure to most bulky Water-types and Skarmory. Rotom-C is a good option for its ability to threaten Gastrodon, Palossand, and Seismitoad; although, Magneton is capable of trapping and picking off Skarmory upon switch-in. Lycanroc-Dusk, in turn, is great at puncturing sizable holes into most Ground-types with Close Combat in order to enable more Volt Switch momentum and stronger application of offensive pressure. Lycanroc-Dusk appreciates hazards as well to wear down its targets, making Spike stackers such as Skarmory and Roserade good partners. Skarmory can be a good defensive switch-in against Accelerock-resistant revenge killers like Choice Scarf Jirachi, also checks Scarf Shao, Chople Krook and Roserade can apply offensive pressure to bulky Fairy- and Water-type targets that can inconvenience Lycanroc-Dusk defensively, like Hatterene, Gastrodon, and Seismitoad. honestly Seismitoad is not a massive issue to Lycanroc-D. Since you mentioned Roserade, it'd be nice to give a mention to its Stun Spore / Sleep Powder support being able to cripple checks like Scarf Jirachi and Skarmory. Jirachi and Cobalion are also good options, since they can set Stealth Rock for Lycanroc-Dusk to passively aid it in breaking, while providing pressure to Fairy-types and momentum for Lycanroc-Dusk. Lycanroc-Dusk, in return, is capable of clearing a path for the latter three hazard setters through threatening Fire- and Ground-types like Talonflame and Palossand respectively. This is a good chance to talk about some Rocks setters that really help pressure Skarmory for Lycanroc-D, with Thunder from Jirachi and Volt Switch / Taunt from Cobalion.

As you mentioned in the beginning, Lycanroc-D appreciates some hazard removal on the team so that it doesn't get overwhelmed too easily. Mention Galarian Weezing as a partner, checks stuff like Scarf Shao / Chople Krook for Lycanroc, can also provide tspikes to wear down checks like Palossand/Hatterene. Tie in removal mentions into your Rotom-W/noivern bits too!

Depending on if you can find space, Starmie is an excellent mention to throw in here somewhere, it forms an absolutely devastasting offensive core, using POkemon like Weezing, Skarmory, Palossand for free wallbreaking opportunities, while Lycanroc pressures its main checks in Celebi and Slowking for it.

[SET COMMENTS]

Swords Dance Lycanroc-Dusk is dedicated to thoroughly dismantling its opponents' team, using a Swords Dance boost to bring its wallbreaking ability to an earth shattering degree. This opening sentence is flavourful but doesn't really tell me anything of substance. You should be talking about how as a Swords Dance booster it can break through a lot of would be answers like Skarmory, while having fairly limited counterplay both offensive/defensive, mainly restricted to Choice Scarf users offensively, while Lycanroc can pick and choose its defensive counterplay between Stone Edge / CC. Comment on how, however, it can struggle to find set up opportunities due to its lousy bulk, mainly needing to use predicted switches to accomplish this, making it a little risky, but how it can still act as a dangerous wallbreaker even without an SD boost. Its best coverage options are identical to its All-Out Attacking set, providing it with fantastic neutral coverage over most of the tier. Merge these two sentences, you shouldn't be comparing sets anyway. However, due to Swords Dance requiring a moveslot, the user is forced to choose between having Close Combat and Stone Edge, as Accelerock and Crunch are necessitated for checking faster targets like Noivern and Starmie and hitting important targets such as Slowking, Celebi, Reuniclus, Palossand, and Doublade that can otherwise stomach its other options respectively. Swords Dance additionally provides Accelerock with much more power, and allots Lycanroc-Dusk the ability to OHKO most naturally faster targets and viable Choice Scarf users barring Jirachi. Honestly a lot of scarf users won't get picked off by this, Mienshao survives as long as its above ~60%, keldeo/krook survive easily, etc. Close Combat is generally preferred over Stone Edge, as it is capable of mowing down most of the tier with the added coverage of Crunch. Although, on the other hand, Stone Edge has useful attributes such as avoiding Rocky Helmet Skarmory's chip damage, and the ability to pressure Fairy-types that can handle its other options, like Weezing-Galar and Hatterene. Make sure to comment on how not running Close Combat leaves you unable to deal with the Musketeers, which is an absolutely massive downside.

However, while its Swords Dance variant is obscenely powerful, it comes at the cost of having to set up a Swords Dance boost to begin with, either casting it to set-up on a forced switch, or to be provided with Screens support. As such, due to the extremely all or nothing nature of Swords Dance Lycanroc-Dusk, it mandates the support of momentum users. Its not that all-or-nothing, as i mentioned previously it can still do a fair bit of wallbreaking without an SD boost, but by givin up your 4th move from AoA sets you are definitely restricted unless you can set up. Slowking is an incredible ally, as it can not only facilitate screens for ease of set-up, Screens Slowking definitely not a common thing but it can safely pivot into it with Teleport. What sort of targets does it bring in with Teleport? Noivern is also a great momentum user that can switch-in into offensive Pokemon like Keldeo and Doublade that can pressure Lycanroc on a Swords Dance boost, and provide momentum against them. Likewise what sort of mons do you bring in? Eg. Slowking and TTar. Lycanroc-Dusk is also still plagued by Skarmory, as before its really not that bad, "plagued" is overselling it massively, you should just talk about how SKarmory can stomach a +2 hit and you want teammates that can also pressure it. and bulky Ground-types depending on the user's choice of moves, which makes Rotom-C a powerful partner. Not only can Rotom-C pressure Lycanroc-Dusk's best checks that are willing to threaten it upon use of Swords Dance, like Gastrodon or Seismitoad, neither of these take a +2 CC from Lycanroc-D, either change your examples or get rid of this bit but it can provide valuable momentum against switch-ins like Kyurem and Celebi. This can then allow Lycanroc-Dusk to pressure them immediately with its devastating offensive power. Additionally, Toxtricity is also a good Electric-type wallbreaker that pairs well with Lycanroc-Dusk, as it is capable of threatening many of Lycanroc-Dusk's natural checks like Weezing-Galar and Skarmory, while pressuring bulky Ground-types barring Palossand. You should mention how its actually capable of luring Palossand with Snarl for Lycanroc-D, which can both sufficiently weaken it for Lycanroc-D and proc its Colbur Berry at same time, allowing Lycanroc-D to brak through it later. Lycanroc-Dusk operates even better with the passive aid of hazards, and appreciates the utility of Stealth Rock setters and Spike setters. Cobalion and Jirachi, for instance, are both solid Stealth Rock setters that both pressure Fairy-types and are capable of providing momentum, Thunder Jirachi pressures Skarmory as before. and Roserade can provide Spike support while pressuring bulky Water-, Ground-, and Fairy-types with its dual STABs. In return, Lycanroc-Dusk can severely puncture holes into the opposition, giving these Pokemon more opportunities for momentum, hazards, or cleaning.

Mention Grimmsnarl as a screens setter since you brought screens up.

Not going to go through and change these every time, but please change every instance of Lycnaroc-Dusk to Lycanroc-D and Weezing-Galar to Galarian Weezing.

Would like another look through this once you have implemented it :)

This means that switching it in safely is difficult, which make common pivots such as Noivern, Slowking, and Rotom-W solid options for their ability to effectively pivot into Lycanroc-Dusk. These examples are strong pivots since they are able to gain momentum against Pokemon like Slowking, Defensive Jirachi, Celebi, and Kyurem for Lycanroc-D to then safely apply pressure onto the opposition, while providing good resistances for Lycanroc-D against revenge killers like Starmie, Choice Scarf Mienshao, and Choice Scarf Jirachi. You could just cut this down to "Pivots such as Noivern, Slowking, and Rotom-W can help mitigate Lycanroc-D's pitiful bulk by providing it safe opportunities to come in against targets like Slowking, Jirachi, Celebi, and Kyurem. Furthermore, they can help to check some of its revenge killers like Starmie, and Choice Scarf Mienshao and Jirachi." Specifically, Slowking has great offensive utility in the form of Future Sight, which puts heavy pressure against common Lycanroc-D checks like Galarian Weezing and Skarmory, although Noivern and Rotom-W provide Lycanroc-D with Defog support to ease switch-ins further. Other good momentum providers come in the form of offensive Electric-types such as Toxtricity or Rotom-C for their ability to apply pressure to most bulky Water-types honestly, none of the tiers bulky Water-types deal with Lycanroc that well. and Skarmory. Rotom-C, for example, is a good option for its ability to threaten bulky Ground-types like Gastrodon and Palossand. Lycanroc-D, in return, is great at puncturing sizable holes into most Ground-types with Close Combat in order to enable more Volt Switch momentum and stronger application of offensive pressure. Again, you could just cut this down to "Rotom-C and Snarl Toxtricity are also good teammates that can help pressure checks to Lycanroc-D such as Palossand and Skarmory. Toxtricity also appreciates Lycanroc-D weakening Rhyperior for it". Starmie also forms a powerful offensive core with Lycanroc, as it exploits Lycanroc-D answers like Galarian Weezing, Palossand, and Skarmory for wallbreaking opportunities, while Lycanroc-D threatens Starmie checks like Celebi and Slowking. Lycanroc-D appreciates hazards as well to wear down its targets, making Spike stackers such as Skarmory and Roserade good partners. Skarmory is a great defensive switch-in against Accelerock-resistant revenge killers like Choice Scarf Jirachi, Mienshao, and Krookodile; while Roserade can apply defensive pressure just call it "provide offensive utility" instead, more accurate than calling it defensive pressure through Stun Spore and Sleep Powder, crippling both Choice Scarf users and Skarmory, as well as offensive pressure to bulky Fairy- and Water-type targets that can inconvenience Lycanroc-Dusk defensively, like Hatterene and Gastrodon. Gastrodon isnt the biggest issue in the world and Roserade struggles to switch into Hatterene, so this saves some space. Jirachi and Cobalion are also good options, since they can set Stealth Rock for Lycanroc-D to passively aid it in breaking, while applying pressure to Hatterene and Galarian Weezing and momentum for Lycanroc-Dusk against targets like Slowking. Both of these Stealth Rock setters are capable of threatening Skarmory as well, with options such as Thunder for Jirachi, and Volt Switch or Taunt for Cobalion. Lycanroc-D, in return, is capable of clearing a path for the latter three hazard setters through threatening Fire- and Ground-types like Talonflame and Palossand respectively. Don't need to go into two way detail for every single mon mention, furthermore Rocks Jirachi already has Thunder to deter Talonflame anyway, and they can make a lot of progress themselves anyway through U-turn/Volt Switch. Galarian Weezing is also a solid partner that can provide Defog and Toxic Spikes support, while checking Chople Berry Krookodile and Choice Scarf Mienshao. On top of this, Galarian Weezing can set Toxic Spikes for Lycanroc-D and provide removal to further aid its switch-ins and minimize chip damage.

Swords Dance additionally provides Accelerock with much more power, and allots Lycanroc-D the ability to OHKO most naturally faster targets. Though, due to its fantastic natural power, it does not necessitate having a boost up at all times, and can wallbreak without the aid of Swords Dance.move this up here and make sure to comment on how it struggles to set up safely due to pitiful bulk (*) Close Combat is generally preferred over Stone Edge, as it is capable of mowing down most of the tier with the added coverage of Crunch. However, while its Swords Dance variant is obscenely powerful, it comes at the cost of having to set up a Swords Dance boost to begin with, either casting it to set-up on a forced switch, or to be provided with Screens support. Put this into the paragraph above where i mentioned. Even though Lycanroc-D has the power to wallbreak without a Swords Dance boost, the loss of an additional coverage option often times forces it to obtain a boost to compensate for this loss. Consequentially, due to the aggressive nature of Swords Dance Lycanroc-D, it mandates the support of momentum users. Fluff Lastly, while Slowking has the ability to set Screens for Lycanroc-D, Grimmsnarl is the best Screens setter in the tier, and pairs well with Lycanroc-D as a result through providing more set-up opportunities. Just say that SD Lycanroc-D also pairs well on Screens teams with Grimmsnarl, which can provide it more set up oportunities.

For example, this combination of moves is incredible at pressuring Pokemon such as Slowking, Jirachi, Cobalion, Incineroar, Cobalion, and Terrakion. you don't need to list all these esp. in a sentence like this, you can just say "crunch allows lycanroc-d to hit slowking and jirachi hard while cc hits cobalion and terrakion). also, you mentioned cobalion twice. Specifically, Slowking has great offensive utility in the form of Future Sight, which puts heavy pressure against common Lycanroc-D checks like Galarian Weezing and Skarmory, although Noivern and Rotom-W provide Lycanroc-D with Defog support to ease switch-ins further. Rotom-C and Snarl Toxtricity are also good teammates that can help pressure checks to Lycanroc-D such as Palossand and Skarmory. Toxtricity also appreciates Lycanroc-D weakening Rhyperior for it. Additionally, Starmie forms a powerful offensive core with Lycanroc-D, as it exploits Lycanroc-D answers like Galarian Weezing, Palossand, and Skarmory for wallbreaking opportunities, while Lycanroc-D threatens Starmie checks like Celebi and Slowking. Lycanroc-D appreciates hazards as well to wear down its targets, making Spike stackers such as Skarmory and Roserade good partners. Skarmory is a great defensive switch-in against to Accelerock-resistant revenge killers like Choice Scarf Jirachi, Mienshao, and Krookodile; while Roserade can apply offensive utility through Stun Spore and Sleep Powder, crippling both Choice Scarf users and Skarmory. mention jirachi specifically since that's pretty much the only scarfer that switches into rose Jirachi and Cobalion are also good options, since they can set Stealth Rock for Lycanroc-D to passively aid it in wallbreaking, while applying pressure to Hatterene and Galarian Weezing and momentum for Lycanroc-D against targets like Slowking. Both of these Stealth Rock setters are capable of threatening Skarmory as well, with options such as Thunder for Jirachi, and Volt Switch or Taunt for Cobalion. Galarian Weezing is also a solid partner that can provide Defog and Toxic Spikes support, while checking Chople Berry Krookodile and Choice Scarf Mienshao.

Swords Dance Lycanroc-D is dedicated to thoroughly dismantling its opponents' team, using a Swords Dance boost to blow past would-be checks like Skarmory. With a boost, it lacks effective counterplay outside of Accelerock-resistant Choice Scarf users like Mienshao, Jirachi, and Krookodile; Colbur Berry Palossand; these semicolons should be commas or defensive Galarian Weezing. Swords Dance additionally provides Accelerock with much more power, and allots Lycanroc-D the ability to OHKO most naturally faster targets. However, due to Swords Dance requiring a moveslot, the user is forced to choose between having Close Combat or Stone Edge. Close Combat is generally preferred over Stone Edge, as it is capable of mowing down most of the tier with the added coverage of Crunch. Although, on the other hand, Stone Edge has useful attributes such as avoiding Rocky Helmet Skarmory's chip damage, and the ability to pressure Fairy-types that can handle its other options, like Galarian Weezing and Hatterene, at the egregious cost of being unable to check prominent threats like Cobalion, Terrakion, and Keldeo.

Due to the aggressive nature of Swords Dance Lycanroc-D, it mandates the support of momentum users. Slowking is an incredible ally, as it has the ability to safely pivot into it with Teleport against Slowking switch-ins like Celebi i dont rly like the celebi mention here since lycan can't set up on it or ohko it without a boost, replace this w like obstagoon or some other dark type lycanroc owns and Kyurem. Noivern is a great momentum user as well that can switch-in into offensive Pokemon like Keldeo and Doublade that can pressure Lycanroc on a Swords Dance boost, and provide momentum against targets like Slowking or Tyranitar. Rotom-C is also a good partner that can pressure Skarmory and Ground-types for Lycanroc-D, while bringing it in on Kyurem and Celebi with Volt Switch. Additionally, Toxtricity is also a good Electric-type wallbreaker that pairs well with Lycanroc-D, as it is capable of threatening many of Lycanroc-D's natural checks like Weezing-Galar and Skarmory, while pressuring Palossand with Snarl. Lycanroc-D operates even better with the passive aid of hazards, and appreciates the utility of Stealth Rock setters and Spike setters. Cobalion and Jirachi, for instance, are both solid Stealth Rock setters that pressure Fairy-types and are capable of providing momentum and pressure to Skarmory using Volt Switch and Thunder respectively, and Roserade can provide Spike support while pressuring bulky Water-, Ground-, and Fairy-types with its dual STABs. Lastly, due to Lycanroc-D's frailty, it pairs fantastically on Screens teams for their ability to provide it with more set-up opportunities. with who? mention grimmsnarl here at the very least since it's the tier's best screener, and then add other pokemon that appreciate the breaking lycan does - flame charge incin, polteageist, etc.

lots of mentions of "momentum users" and "providing momentum against targets" here, but that wording isn't really clear - you've gotta make it clear that Noivern brings Lycanroc in on Tyranitar with U-turn, for example. pls find and edit those mentions! i didn't mark them all but there are quite a few

While it faces competition from fellow wallbreaker Terrakion, Lycanroc-D is one of the best wallbreakers in the tier due to its prominent speed Speed tier over Cobalion, Keldeo, and Terrakion;(RSC) ,(AC) its fantastic base 117 Attack;(RSC) ,(AC) and fantastic powerful (changed it to avoid repetition of the same adjective) Tough Claws-boosted coverage. Access Its access to Crunch and Close Combat provide provides Lycanroc-D with perfect coverage that, with a Life Orb, can create a powerful all-out attacking set that applies heavy pressure to many defensive cores in the tier. For example, Crunch allows Lycanroc-D to super-effectively hit targets such as Slowking, Jirachi, and Doublade with super effective damage, while Close Combat lets Lycanroc-D hit Cobalion, Keldeo, and Terrakion hard. Lycanroc-D also has access to a limited, powerful priority option in Accelerock, enabling it to target common Choice Scarf users and faster threats,(RC) such as Darmanitan, Talonflame, or and Noivern that could potentially revenge kill Lycanroc-D otherwise. Additionally, Accelerock also gives Lycanroc-D a fully accurate Rock-type move to hit the aforementioned threats and Scyther with. Stone Edge gives Lycanroc-D the ability to apply pressure to Fairy-types such as Galarian Weezing and Hatterene,(RC) and avoid taking additional recoil damage from Skarmory's Rocky Helmet. Sucker Punch also has use for its ability to both lure and prevent revenge killing from Choice Scarf Jirachi and Starmie. Though, alternatively, Lycanroc-D can also run Psychic Fangs to apply more direct pressure against Keldeo, Galarian Weezing, and Tentacruel.

Pivots such as Noivern, Slowking, and Rotom-W can help mitigate Lycanroc-D's pitiful bulk by providing it safe opportunities with U-Turn U-turn, Teleport, and Volt Switch,(AC) respectively,(AC) to come in against targets like Slowking, Jirachi, Celebi, and Kyurem.
