The teamlooks pretty threatening on paper?

What's sup guys I've been playing Showdown since 2013 from PO and I'm pretty experienced in the game. I believe the only way to get better than I am is to get other people's opinion, so let's get this RMT started.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 spe / 24 Def / 232 SpA
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Substitute

Now as you can see from the title, this team is based on Gardevoir destroying my opponents team.
Hyper voice with Pixelate destroys all things super effective and hits like a truck to does who not resist.
Psyshock is the secondary stab that hits Venusaur,Chansey and Spdef Rotom-W.Focus Blast hits Ferrothorn and Metagross on switch. I run Substitute over taunt/calm mind because during my time of using this team there was barely a moment of these moves being useful. With Sub, I can substitute on Pokemon that locked themselves in a move that does little to no damage(Outrage, Close Combat).

Weavile @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Ice Shard
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
Weavile slashes in at #2. Weavile provides speed and physical pressure for my team, especially for my Gardevoir, since she doesn't want to stay in on a Tornadus-T and max speed Garchomp. Pursuit also traps M-Metagross Jirachi and victini. Ice shard has priority and does a nice amount.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 192 SpD / 64 Spe
Calm Nature
- Lava Plume Magma storm
- Toxic Earth Power
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
Heatran gives fire and steel typing to diverse the team and supports Gardevoir with stealth rock and toxic to wear down the opponents and put them Hyper Voice range. Lava Plume is to give pressure of burn and relieve pressure on Gardevoir hitting Focus Blast against Ferro and risking a Gyro Ball. Stealth Rock checks Tf and the Zards. Protect allows me to stall rain and toxic.
rotom-wash.gif

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Rotom wash is a great ally to my team. Hydro-pump hits lando without me risking my weavile against a scarfed Lando. Volt switch gives momentum and allows my Rotom to suck up hits so I won't need to hard switch into my sweepers. Will-o-wisp cripples anything physical and allows my Gard to live against opponents that would outspeed. Pain split allows me to recover some hp against my opponent and punish switch ins.
klefki.gif

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Foul Play
- Magnet Rise
Klefti, a rather odd choice yes, but before Kleft I had Lati. Latios was suppose to provide defog support but I felt it to offensive for a balanced team that I'm looking for. Latias was going to be in this slot until I noticed that I really needed speed control for my Gard to go against M-Gyarados and Charizards and Rotom can't really check that thing. I also needed someone to check Sand rush and AV Mold Breaker Excadrill.
I have spikes to help wear down the enemy team, especially if my heatran falls. Like said T-wav is for speed control. Foul Play hit Excadrill with the combination of magnet rise.

Kyurem-Black @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 216 Atk / 40 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Outrage
- Ice Beam
- Fusion Bolt
- Iron Head
Kyurem-B finishes the Fairy Steel Dragon Core. I wanted a dragon stronger than Chomp, but still able to revenge kill Gyarados(I've had bad experiences with that mega). Outrage is the main stabs and destroys opponents that aren't faires. Ice Beam is a reliable stab attack that hits dragons and ground types namely hippo. Fusion Bolt like said against Gyarados and weakened keldeo. Iron head hits fairies
pretty hard and has a chance to flinch, a bit of an annoying team huh.

found weakness:
No Ground type attacks
If rotom/klef dies, Excadrill runs a number against.

Please give me your thoughts, opinions and suggestions. ORAS is by far the hardest meta for me to enjoy. In Gen 5 I had no idea what I was doing, but I played like 10 times a day having fun each time. In XY I started winning tournaments and was so proud when I hit 1550 on the ladder. Now I'm having a hard time getting past 1430, and advice is the best way for me to try to accommodate to this game.
Thanks for your time your all awesome!!!

This team is pretty strong on paper. I don't see it having many problems honesty. One mega that I can see giving you trouble is Mega Lopunny. If you lose Klef it'll have a field day switching in and out faking out things and hitting hard with HJK and Return. You Kyurem can deal with it, however you gotta make sure it doesn't take too much passive damage. I would recommend putting Low Kick on Weavile over pursuit to deal with Bisharp who can hurt this team with an SD set up. You have a Klef that can deal with the Lati Twins aside from Trick sets. Other than that your team looks nice and powerful man! If you decide to use any of my suggestions let me know how they work for you!

Thanks I think I'll run Low Kick on my Weavile, seeing how Magnezone traps two of my pokemon, but that pursuit pressure is very powerful. I'll put it on and off and see how it'll go. Thanks again.

Put Gardevoir's HP EVs into speed, as it likes oustpeeding things such as Bisharp, while it already has great special bulk. Also, Rotom-W is missing Defence EVs. Have you considered putting Magma Storm or Earth Power on Heatran? Magma Storm would help trap and weaken Chansey or priority users (e.g Talonflame) while EP weakens opposing Heatran. Otherwise, the team looks great!

Oh those were mistakes I made I guess since in my teambuilder I have 252 speed in Gard and 212 Def in Rotom, thanks though. And I might actually run Earth power against bisharp so I won't depend on Focus Blast hitting.
